Very Nice Chair

Bought this for my husband for his birthday. He really likes the adjustable headrest. The chair is very nice and looks good in our living room. Very happy with our purchase.

Nice chair!

The arm rest is flimsy and unstable. The foot rest fabric is loose and zipper broke that hold fabric tightly. The outlet inside the armrest don't fit in the slot, hangs out loose. The chair is of very poor quality.

As others have said, the arms are not stable and makes it look cheap. The recliner is not especially comfortable and when extended, it comes up several inches short for me but I'm 6'3”.

Don't buy.

upon incorporating help a two vehicle chore unpacking and setting up , each chair has damage. I am a senior and can not do the return to store because it involves all of the pick up chores. The manufacturer does not honor the warranty based on word trickery. Sam's took only $25 dollars off each chair and I still have two damaged chairs. Now the chairs are at a $100.dollar discount. The lesson is don't pick up large boxed items at Sam's and think it is ok. The store says if you order on line and they ship they will return to pick up. Trick or truth?

Word play trickery

I'm very happy with my Theater chair. I've only had it for a few weeks but I'm really enjoying it. Everything works perfectly, and I'm hopeful that it will last a long time. The only negative is the location of the power reclining buttons. They are placed on the inside of the right arm, and, when sitting in the chair, it's awkward to hit the proper button to recline or move the chair to the upright position. Other than that, the chair is comfortable, the motor seems powerful and the faux leather is great. I'm using the USB plug and the cupholders all the time. The storage compartments in the arms works very well. Overall I'm very happy with the chair.
