not really worth the money. Usb ports inside arm not working. 1 chair had defective arm rest and hole in back cover. No replacement. Only 10% off order.

It looks great feels great but it squeaks every time you raise the feet or move the headrest. It's like finger nail against a chalkboard. We thought after a few uses it would stop but it hasn't gotten any better.

i have enjoyed the power reclining chair i just need to remember it is power and not manual i continue to reach for the button on the side instead of the button on the inside,

The left storage arm cover is crooked. Will need to remove & drill new holes for hinge alignment. The right front foot assembly was broken off during shipping. replaced with new screws. besides these two things I think we will enjoy the chair.

wife had shoulder surgery and needed good firm electric driven recliner with low arms for arm to shoulder clearance. This chair fir the bill to a tee. To her, the only negative is the only color is black.

This chair is really comfortable! The power reclining and power headrest makes any position in the chair relaxing unlike any other recliner you will buy. I give it 5 stars, came to the house in very good packaging also.

I purchased one of these power recliners subsequent to a bilateral total hip replacement surgery. I slept in the chair for the 3-days following my return home from the hospital. The electronic reclining of the chair really helped facilitate a relatively pain-free recovery. The chair is very comfortable for someone my size (6''- 5" - 255 lbs.). I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reasonably priced power recliner. If fact, I doubt there are any comparable alternatives around this $300 price range.

Ok so here goes, I've been looking to purchase a recliner like this for over a year or so but didn't because I was always otr working so I wouldn't have time to enjoy it. Fast forward to August 2020 and I start reading reviews about it because it's about to go on sale for $299 + tax. So many people saying it makes a loud noise and it's not aligned right. I could go on all day. The good reviews outweighed the bad ones. Purchased it in store because I didn't want to wait 3 weeks for it to ship to my house, I wanted it now! My brother and his gf loaded it up, unloaded it, carried it to my room via dolly and assembled and tested it all in less than 1 hour and they even worked slow, like super slow but can't beat free work. Needless to say I was there when they assembled it and hooked up all the cords. Didn't like that it has 2 cords, 1 for the recliner and the other for the outlets. Would of been better if it was just 1 cord overall but hey can't beat the price. I have yet to test the comfortability of the recliner since my brother has been sitting on it and enjoying it after he got done assembling it and even propped it up next to my 50” Philips 4k tv and started watching Jurassic Park. He's still there now. I enjoyed the smoothness of the recliner when I ran my hands down it as I helped him pop the seat in and when I was inspecting the craftsmanship of it. By the looks of it it seems like he's fallen in love with it. Says he's going to buy 1 for his house as well. You can hear the motor working when you recline the seat but the noise is barely noticeable. Just like anything else it makes noise as it's working. Imagine driving a car and complaining that you hear the engine starting when you turn it on. That's what I have to say about that. The people who say it makes a loud noise or a screeching noise at all must have some bionic super hearing. If you got the money and are tired of sitting on a lousy office chair or old sofa or couch or whatever you have atm make the investment and head down to your local Sams Club and purchase this American made recliner today! I've looked and trust me I would say you won't find a better deal anywhere else. Hurry while you can and get it for $299! I say this to all of you fellow review readers from the comfort of my queen size bed also purchased at Sams Club since my brother still hadn't left and is still relaxing on the recliner. Last thing I forgot to add, the arm rest have really nice struts for opening and closing and the cup holders are amazing and they pull out in case you get them dirty.

My husband suprised me with this chair about a week ago. It looks nice and has nice features. Unfortunately, it came with one of the arm rest doors busted and it doesn't cover the storage the way it's supposed to. That isn't even the worst thing about this chair. The portion of the chair that is at my lower back sticks out way too far and is extremely hard. I do not regularly have back issues but this chair is killing my back. I can't even sit through an entire movie. I've tried everything, including shoving a pillow behind me. This chair sucks and hopefully it will be heading back to Sam's club later today.

I received the chair yesterday and upon inboxing I noticed The box was re-taped. Upon inspecting the chair I noticed the pedestal feet were scratched severely, the cupholder had hairline scratches, the right armrest was loose and wobbly, the bottom left corner had a small tear in it, the leather in the seating area had a whitish film on it and did not match the back rest the hinges were also corroded, this was an obvious repackage return I am very disappointed.
