Man what!? When my toddler boys are groggy and/or want to stay up past their bedtime, These are my go to. After carefully reading the directions, I started out giving them 2, then 1.. now I only take one gummy and half it. I even use the adult ones. They're very tasty, almost like a candy but not as sweet. Olly Kids Sleep gummies are also easy to chew and takes my boys less than 30 minutes before they are tapping out. We typically only use 1 week at a time or when needed. I actually compared the ingredients to Olly Kids Sleep gummies to other brands and found that despite the higher price tag, Olly uses natural ingredients and less melatonin making the gummies safer for little kids.

After countless tries of melatonin when my son needs it we finally found one that doesn't give him nightmares. I definitely recommend this brand. It's a great value for the money! The packaging is great this a resealable bag. It's a great flavor that doesn't taste bad.

I have been struggling with sleep and my 7 year old. He will be up until midnight or later sometimes worried about bad dreams or something scary. We decided to add this to our routine and it's been a welcome, gentle start. Two gummies work best for him and although he still gets up once or twice during the night, it at least helps him fall asleep peacefully. I love the low dose and other natural additions as well.

My tween son has rarely slept through the night since the day he was born (not exaggerating). His pediatrician recommended melatonin. We've tried a few other brands but Olly is the one! It tastes amazing - I take it myself and my picky son approves. It works. My son is able to fall asleep and stay asleep. No weird nightmares and not groggy or grumpy in the morning. I like that this one has lemon balm, chamomile, and a few other extracts added. Gluten free. Will have this purchase on repeat while under dr supervision.

Overall the product was good and helped my two children who have a hard time falling asleep actually get a good night rest. The only thing that was not so good is that they complained about it not tasting good. That made it difficult for me to give them.

I am a nightshift nurse and often have trouble sleeping my first night off a stretch. I used to try melatonin but always felt groggy and under the weather when taking a normal pill of 3 or 5mg. Then I learned about kids melatonin. I love these gummies bc they're just 1mg and don't make me feel so out of it

This product works well for me! I have a pretty low tolerance so despite being an adult, the dosage on children's works well for me. (I purposefully chose something with a low dosage.) I like that the packaging is kids safe and it tastes pretty good! I would definitely recommend it to other and would probably take one if I (could) fly anywhere to sleep on the plane.

No kidding, if you haven't tried this. Do!!!! My kids have had such a hard time sleeping and I've used so dang many types of melatonin. Idk what it is but these actually do work. They have been on these for two days and both days they were out within about thirty minutes

These are the best kids melatonin we've ever used. For years my kid would struggle to relax enough to fall asleep and would end up staying awake for hours every night. We've tried other brands in the past but now we're stuck on these and my son loves them. They work quickly even with half the dose and he's able to get a good nights rest after taking it.

even though i could be taking an adult melatonin supplement, in my experience the smaller dosages work so much better. i believe these vitamins are only 0.5 mg per gummy, and for me that's enough. i read a study once that our bodies naturally produce 0.3 mg of melatonin, so taking a sleep aid near the dosage won't through the body off total balance. after trying these out, i definitely think this is true!
