Overall the product was good and helped my two children who have a hard time falling asleep actually get a good night rest. The only thing that was not so good is that they complained about it not tasting good. That made it difficult for me to give them.

I love the low dose of the kids melatonin gummies. My son has ADD and is high spectrum autistic. I can take the gummies to help regulate my sleep and he can take them with them being such a low dose. They work wonders for him and me. For some reason this brand works better than others I have tried for him. I'm unsure what the difference is with him but this one works really well and he does not toss and turn.

I feel like my kids have to take more then I prefer. They taste like candy which isn't a good thing either. I would rather them learn to fall asleep on their one til they are adults and can make the decision to take a sleeping aid or not. Over all not very impressed.

I'm a little iffy about this. The vitamin worked 100% but I believe noticed side effects. Such as my daughter seeming angry or upset. I'd also like to add that although the vitamin made her almost instantly sleepy, once asleep, I don't think it added restfulness to her sleep. After she'd sleep enough to take the edge off, she would still get up and still woke up way too early. I talked to Dr. something like this is intended for kids who have a hard time getting calmed for sleep, not specifically made to improve sleep

The kids love the taste of them. They don't ever fight taking them and weening the older child off of them is pretty easy. Just find another vitamin gummy of the same type. I think these are a great price especially if you only have one child, or only using it sparingly.

Man what!? When my toddler boys are groggy and/or want to stay up past their bedtime, These are my go to. After carefully reading the directions, I started out giving them 2, then 1.. now I only take one gummy and half it. I even use the adult ones. They're very tasty, almost like a candy but not as sweet. Olly Kids Sleep gummies are also easy to chew and takes my boys less than 30 minutes before they are tapping out. We typically only use 1 week at a time or when needed. I actually compared the ingredients to Olly Kids Sleep gummies to other brands and found that despite the higher price tag, Olly uses natural ingredients and less melatonin making the gummies safer for little kids.

I have been struggling with sleep and my 7 year old. He will be up until midnight or later sometimes worried about bad dreams or something scary. We decided to add this to our routine and it's been a welcome, gentle start. Two gummies work best for him and although he still gets up once or twice during the night, it at least helps him fall asleep peacefully. I love the low dose and other natural additions as well.

When it says take 30 minutes before bed… I gave it to my 8 year old at 930pm, she was OUT by 10pm (maybe 10:01 or 10:03) ….my 10 year old, it helps ease her to bed but doesn't necessarily knock her out, just relaxes her enough to lie down and rest….obviously won't be using this on the regular just need a little head start on the sleeping schedule again

We absolutely love these! My middle child whom is 8 has a hard time sleeping and has Adhd. He swears this helps him sleep! The taste isn't horrible he says , but isn't his favorite. I can definitely see the difference in his sleep pattern! He's finally getting a good nights rest!

My 15 year old son has rarely slept through the night since the day he was born (not exaggerating). His pediatrician recommended melatonin. We've tried a few other brands but Olly is the one! These gummies are great in flavor and in the amount of melatonin one gummy comes in. My son or I don't feel groggy or feel a sudden rush of tiredness. It's the perfect amount to ease him into sleep when he has trouble falling asleep, but with Olly my son is able to fall asleep and stay asleep! I like that this one has lemon balm, chamomile, and a few other extracts added as well as  Gluten free. Olly is a great starting point product if your just starting your sleep care journey!
