Use this occasionally when my wild and rowdy 2.5yr old can't settle at night in bed, and wanted to stay wide awake. Its natural so I know it's safe, nothing harmful|In it. It's tasty and he seems to like the flavor, my son seems To Wake up in good mood and rested. Not to expensive especially since you only need sometimes. Definitely give this mom peace of mind.

My 15 year old son has rarely slept through the night since the day he was born (not exaggerating). His pediatrician recommended melatonin. We've tried a few other brands but Olly is the one! These gummies are great in flavor and in the amount of melatonin one gummy comes in. My son or I don't feel groggy or feel a sudden rush of tiredness. It's the perfect amount to ease him into sleep when he has trouble falling asleep, but with Olly my son is able to fall asleep and stay asleep! I like that this one has lemon balm, chamomile, and a few other extracts added as well as  Gluten free. Olly is a great starting point product if your just starting your sleep care journey!

My doctor shared with me that most women only need 1/2 to 1 mg of melatonin a night. To take 3 to 4 hours before bed. I went looking at the drugstore and could only find huge doses available. I've taken the bigger doses and they gave me nightmares. This version is perfect and tastes pretty good. 1 small gummy is 1/2mg and enough for me. The formula has magnesium included as well which also helps getting to sleep and staying asleep.

So this was recommended for my autistic/adhd son because he has a hard time sleeping. They are awesome flavor gummies and he doesn't fight me he thinks its candy. After one night he went to sleep within 30 mins and woke up the next day with out fighting us. His school has seen a change and his doctors. I don't use these anymore because they are necessary, but when my daughter was about three or four she really struggled getting to sleep before 1:00 in the morning. She was a night owl for her whole life from the time that she was born, and I really just couldn't get her to readjust her sleep schedule as she got older. Someone suggested me giving these to her so I gave it a shot. I would give her one around 7:00 after dinner and bath, we would lay down and read a book together and she would be asleep by 8:00 and got a nice full night's rest. It only took about 3 weeks before she started naturally going to sleep at 8:00. They were easy for her to chew they tasted good and they did exactly what they were supposed to do helping her readjust her sleep schedule. I highly recommend.

We have tried many and these always rise to the top. My daughter enjoys the taste, doesn't complain about taking them, and they are effective with helping her settle in and fall asleep! Would recommend if you have a higher energy kid who loves sleep but struggles to fall asleep!

The kids love the taste of them. They don't ever fight taking them and weening the older child off of them is pretty easy. Just find another vitamin gummy of the same type. I think these are a great price especially if you only have one child, or only using it sparingly.

This stuff definitely works! My son doesn't need this all the time, but it comes in handy when he can't fall asleep. He says it tastes really good! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because they seem to get hard quickly. He doesn't seem to mind too much but he's mentioned it a few times that they get hard to chew after it's been open for a bit. All in all, it's a good product that I'll continue to purchase.

I generally do not like supplementing with any kind of melatonin product. Long-term, the studies are mixed but generally point to melatonin supplementation to have a negative effect on natural melatonin production. These were a lifesaver during a stretch where my son simply refused to sleep or go to sleep. They taste good, and they're less sketchy than most products that you would find on the shelf.

The packaging is always so nice, sturdy, easy to open and close, has a child safety cap, they are easy to stack and store but also easy to keep in a bag for travel. The gummy makes it easier for the body to absorb and quickly, within 20 minutes my child is asleep. They taste good and he likes they are a soft chew he never fights me on taking them which can be trying with children. Literally a 10/10 we cannot go without them.
