She reminds us when it's time for her "night time gummy" and withi. 30 minutes shes settled, ready for bed. Whereas before she was fighting bedtime for hours

He doesn't like the chew pills, and the swallow ones he's not to fond of either. These gummie ones are great, they taste great and work even better. He doesn't get that tired feeling in the morning he wakes up refreshed. And getting him to take them at night is easy!

We were having difficulties getting him to go to bed and actually going to sleep when he was in the bed. He actually wants to take a gummie because he enjoys the taste and his only complaint is that he has to wake up from such a restful sleep in the morning!

My son sometimes refuses to go to bed. Expechly if something has changed like dad didn't go to work (he works nights) or just an eventful day. I only give him 1 and although it takes about an hour for him to fall asleep. It works like a dream he slowly starts to calm down and then just gradually falls asleep.
