My oldest is 12 and she mentions how her sleep is "restless". Well I started giving her 1 a night about a week ago and she said to me this morning that she actually slept straight through the night. No tossing and turning. My other two, it actually helped to relax them before bed time. I tried one of these last night and it did help to "relax" me. And I noticed that my mind was not racing thinking about things while I was falling asleep. The flavor is pleasant, and since it's a gummy, easy to take. No pills or horrible tasting liquid. While I will not have my children take these every night. It will definitely be a huge help when they need just a little something to help them relax so they can fall asleep.

Great for kids they love them and they work kids fall asleep and wake up the next day more focus.

I am so satisfied with this product. This is the second night my kids have used it. They love the taste of it and they actually can relax at night and fall asleep so much easier! Wish I found these sooner!

We use this to help my kiddos fall asleep. It works great, however, there is no safety lock on lid and if a child accidentally gets ahold of the bottle, the kiddo could easily get the lid off and over dose. Please be careful not to leave it in children's reach.

She doesn't fall asleep until very late, and then wakes up all night long (not even to use the bathroom), and she is incredibly restless. We tried Melatonin first and it helps her fall asleep earlier but it didn't help her sleep through the night. I did some research and saw this and figured it was worth a shot.
