Large capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This water filter has a very large pitcher. You can only fill it up about half way each time in order for the water to be filtered. There is a button on the lid, that when you push it, it tells you the type of filter you have and when it needs to be replaced. When you first install the filter and push the button, it says regular filter. After having used it for about a month and now pushing the button, it says longlast filter. We have sulfur water and you can't taste or smell it when you first pour a glass. If you store the water in a plastic bottle, the sulfur smell comes back, but it still tastes ok.

Help!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought buying this specific Brita would save us money! But it has wasted our time and money. It takes nearly 2 hours for the whole thing to fill up. It fills with one drop at a time. if we are doing something wrong or it’s defective please email me with instructions. I’ve been using brita for years and recently decided to get this one because it’s larger. I appreciate all the help.

Great water Dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved the Brita water dispenser. I tried it out and I love it! It’s a great size, doesn’t take up much room in the refrigerator, it has a nice spout and the water tastes really clean and refreshing. My friends and family like it as well.

Provides Great Tasting Water!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Brita UltraMax + Longlast filter water dispenser! The water tastes so clean after passing through the filter. I really like the shape and size of the dispenser, it tucks away nicely in the refrigerator and doesn't take up much space. It has saved me money because I no longer buy cases of bottled water. This also means I'm reducing the amount of plastic bottles that end up in the landfill, which in turn benefits the environment!

Great Product!

This product has many uses, in fact I even use it to fill up my 5 gallon water bottles, saving me trips to the store, and lugging around those heavy bottles! I also enjoy the effortless digital "filter life" status button.

Junk!

We switched to this from our worn out old Brita tub about 2 months ago. We got it because of the “long lasting filter” what a joke. I’m convinced that the reason these filters last longer is because they take 4 hours to fill one time! This is insane! They only last longer because you are getting so much less filtered water out of them. Most of the day you will find this brita sitting in our sink waiting to fill. I am now dehydrated on a regular basis because every time I go to get water, there is hardly any. We used the regular Brita that was similar to this style for 10 years and it worked great but now my family fights over water, thanks a lot Brita :(

Large size, slow filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dispenser. Currently using it mainly for my toddler. I make sure he drinks plenty of water daily. The only downside is the long last filter. It is very slow at filtering, frustratingly so. Aside from that, the pitcher is great and water tastes great.

A great money saver!

It fits perfectly into my already cramped fridge, which bottles didn't always fit. It has already saved me a couple trips to the store to buy bottled water. And it has the long last filter that lasts 6 months, so I know I'm gonna save more in the future!

Don't waste your money

I was very excited to have this large capacity filter in my fridge. Worked great for the first 2 weeks. Then, all of a sudden, the filter becomes SUPER SUPER slow. Like it takes 6 hours to filter ONE container of water (I timed it). So I went on and searched the internet and low and behold there are LOTS of dissatisfied customers with the same issue! Brita - what are you going to do about this? How can you keep a product for sale when customers are telling you that it's defective? I tried all of the "tricks" that Brita mentions to fix this issue and none of them have worked. I want my money refunded and I want Brita to remedy this product. It is irresponsible for a corporation to keep selling a product it knows is defective.
