Great size

The item came broken. Picking the box up I could hear rattling, so that's never a good sign. When I returned it the person at Sam's Club noticed that there wasn't a filter in the box so I wouldn't have been able to use it anyway.
I ended up buying this through another retailer and honestly was super disappointed. After priming the filter per the instructions, the water still tastes really bad. Like really, really bad. And someone else stated drinking that water made his mouth more dry. Not sure what is up with this filter, but in my mind it is unusable. It's a shame because the water pitcher portion is great.

Came broken

Tried out the great value version and had to return as the filter would not seal properly. No issues with this one though! Just make sure you have the filter turned the proper direction and all the way pushed down :)
