Tried out the great value version and had to return as the filter would not seal properly. No issues with this one though! Just make sure you have the filter turned the proper direction and all the way pushed down :)

I love the size of this reservoir and the long last filters. I drink a lot of water and I am an avid recycler. I just unpacked it and set it up today. I have it on my bar for right now. I prefer my water at room temperature but like how it can be placed on the top shelf of the refrigerator.

I love this. The city I live in has extremely hard water. I use the filtered water for everything. Been using one of the pitchers. It takes forever to get the water I need for coffee, tea, humidifier, etc. This filters so much faster with the long lasting filter. Filling it is so easy. It doesn’t take up much space. The spigot does not leak & so much easier to get water out than pitchers. I hate the way they pour.

I had to adjust my shelves to fit this Brita, but it's been well-worth the rearranging. The water filters through relatively quickly and tastes great. With a family of six we drink a LOT of water and it's never been a problem to keep full. Now I don't have to worry about fixing my fridge's water dispenser or how I would go about cleaning the water lines.

Great tasting water! I was really excited about this filtering pitcher, but it arrived with a crack. I called Sam’s customer service and they immediately replaced the product. It was worth the wait because it’s easy to use and the water tastes great!

Love this, I moved into an older condo so I wanted cleaner drinking water. Super easy to use and holds much more water than the pither, fits perfectly in the fridge on the top shelf

Great price Fits in the refrigerator, love it. I only wish they had more filters available to order. I have a brita pitcher that sits on my counter and uses the same filter.

Holds enough water to fill my chewy ice water reservoir. Like the slim line as it fits easily in my fridge or on the countertop.

We love our Brita filter. Besides purifying our water, it has such a clear, clean taste, it helps us want more water.

The item came broken. Picking the box up I could hear rattling, so that's never a good sign. When I returned it the person at Sam's Club noticed that there wasn't a filter in the box so I wouldn't have been able to use it anyway. I ended up buying this through another retailer and honestly was super disappointed. After priming the filter per the instructions, the water still tastes really bad. Like really, really bad. And someone else stated drinking that water made his mouth more dry. Not sure what is up with this filter, but in my mind it is unusable. It's a shame because the water pitcher portion is great.
