[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After suffering years of back pain every morning when I got out of bed, I decided enough was enough! I bought my Tempur-Contour Elite and my morning back pain vanished! I actually look forward to getting in bed now. It feels like sinking into a cloud while still getting the support I need. It's a touch cool when I first get in but quickly adjusts to a perfect temperature. Falling alseep is as easy as a relaxing sigh as my bed hugs me to sleep. I have no idea how it does it, but it holds the correct temperature all night. I always wake feeling refreshed from a wonderful nights sleep. My only regrets are having to leave that perfect cocoon and that I didn't get the King size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I both have back issues. From the very first day, we started to feel better. It was the perfect amount of soft yet supportive. The only problem I have is not wanting to get out of bed.

I had a quality mattress before I decided to purchase the Cloud but just wasn't that great. Just not enough give. I am much more comfy on my Temur-Cloud. I am a side sleeper so it gives me more relief on my shoulders and hips. Glad I bought it! It does get a little warm sometimes but I don't mind.

I got a brand new bed in 2021; I was close to 300lbs. The bed was amazing at first but I guess one night while getting in the bed my knee must have broke one of the coils. I attempted to file a claim; they asked for these ridiculous pictures to take. I asked for help because they offered to have someone come out and take the necessary pictures. They attempted to contact someone to come out but discovered they didn't have anyone in the area! As I stated before that's not the customer's problem! Horrible customer service! I will not give them a rusty nickel again!

I have had the bed now three years and I hate it. I went back to the store within 90 days to get a softer mattress and I let the salesman talk me into giving it more time, my fault. I tried putting a topper on it but nothing softens it up. It's like sleeping on a board. Now that I've spent a fortune on a twin mattress and frame I'm having a hard time just throwing it away.

I was headed for back surgery when I decided to get a new bed. Since I got my Tempurpedic Cloud Elite I have been able to avoid the surgery and just have injections in my back. I got the most firm mattress in the store, against all my friends' and family's advice and it is perfect for me. I also have night sweats and love this cooling mattress. It is very heavy, but I also got the adjustable frame and I've found an easy way raising and lowering the frame to change the sheets without having to lift the mattress. I am thrilled with my purchase.

This is our fourth tempur-Pedic. I can now say we are a complete TP family. We have three and our daughter has one. I have a neck fusion and degenerative spine and our daughter is a 100% disabled veteran with lower back fusion due to the Middle East. Obviously, we love your product and the therapeutic rest it gives us. Our friends stayed here, went home and replaced their mattress with a Tempur-Pedic mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bed has been given my consistent good nights sleep. Wish I hadn't waited so long to buy this mattress! The crew, Juan and James who set our new beds up were quick and efficient and on time. They were very knowledgeable about the product.

This might be a great mattress. I am 3 weeks since purchasing, and no one knows where my mattress is. I just received word that it's in Texas and ready to be delivered. Only problem is, I'm in a completely different state. This is the second "lost" mattress. I will be cancelling my order and going elsewhere. What a complete and udder joke.
