[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is all it is claimed to be. Excellent choice for those who get warm as the night progresses. I wish it had a different fabrics cover as sheets and protector slide around on the mattress.

When bed (mattress and base) 2 of each were delivered there was a faulty base. A replacement was delivered the next evening, however after the cost of the bedding we were expecting a delivery without problems! Now everything is as expected....an excellent nights sleep! It's great that My husband and I have our own position controls!

This is my second Tempurpedic mattress and I can safely say that it is the only mattress I will ever buy. Both my husband and I have bad backs and I have sciatica. Since wehave had a Tempurpedic our back problems have improved dramatically. When my sciatic nerve begins acting up one night on my Tempurpedic takes care of it. I LOVE MY BED.

Feb 17,202, I purchased a Tempuric mattress and an adjustable platform. Approaching 70 years old an with hips and shoulder pains, I don't the elderly was considered to determined if theses products are appropriate. Its difficult for me to get out of bed. It feels like I am pulling myself out of quick sand. Not a good choice!

I had a different type of Tempur-Pedic mattress but moved and it would no longer fit a King sized bed. I tried a different brand of memory foam mattress but it wasn't the same and I always wanted my old one back. This new Cloud Elite mattress is amazing. My back pain is gone again just like it was when I had this brand before. There is a difference in brands, no matter what someone tells you.

We purchased the medium to balance support with pressure point relief. Unfortunately the medium mattress we purchased does not provide enough pressure point relief to provide a comfortable night's sleep. When we called back the sales person she recommended using a heating pad prior to going to bed every night to "soften" the bed.... really? So not only isnt out tempurpedic mattress comfortable, our sales experience was also poor.

Our TPB adjust to our needs. Ours is a single King Mattress that remote control electronically raise and lowers the head and feet easily. The bed messages are great before falling to sleep. I also enjoy the comfort of having 2 USB on both sides of the bed and the night lights (white and blue) underneath the bed is fantastic at night. We will only by TPB now. Thank you. We love all the features that contributes to improve or health.

This is a replacement mattress, when our mattress had a problem they stood behind it. It not even broke in yet and we love this bed. I am a tempur pedicure for life customer! We both have cancer related pains, my husband has bone cancer and we cannot imagine not having our cloud bed.

As an older person, I am having a difficult time adjusting to this mattress. It is causing pain in my shoulder and hip because I am a side sleeper. It goes away once I get up. I probably should have gotten the less firm mattress. It's a wonderful mattress, but maybe not for older people.

Actually, the "soft" is not comfortable for me. It is still hard. It hurts my lower back, hips, sides, etc. And, I was surprised to learn that it hardens in cold weather. Hoping to replace it and call the purchase a big mistake on my part. Others may like how this mattress works.
