[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the mattress for several months now, and I love it! It feels hard when you first lay down, but then it gets softer. I used to toss and turn during the night - not anymore, and no more back pain!

We purchased our first Tempur-Pedic approximately ten years ago. I have neck and back problems and the first one literally saved my life. We just purchased a new split king because sometimes my husband wants the head of the bed up and I do not. The perfect compromise.

I had the original Tempurpedic king mattress for 20 years but after I purchased a new Tempurpedic for my son for his college graduation gift, I decided to get another one. Believe it or not but my 20 year old Tempurpedic was still doing very well as I have two other bedrooms with queen beds. However, I wanted a little softer top. The Contour Elite was very hard immediately after delivery but I noticed it getting softer as the weeks went by. I was told there is a break in period of 30 days. I was concerned at first but after two weeks, I really love it!!!!! I had a head on collision 30 years ago and I have suffered with neck problems most of my life until I started sleeping on my Tempurpedic. My hips and neck feel great! Twenty years ago, they only had one style mattress and that was it. With so many to choose from now, I was concerned that I would not choose the right firmness for me. I am so happy with my purchase! Thank you Tempurpedic.

I need to file a claim for a new mattress. Ours is sagging. I called the customer service line and they helped me enter my claim step-by-step. Invaluable guidance from the representative and a wealth of patience as I spent nearly 45 minutes working through the claim with her. Thank you tempurpedic. Refreshingly helpful to have actual people helping customers. 5 stars all the way.

Overall, the product is OK. We wanted to firmer mattress, and spent quite a bit of time trying to find the right fit. What we didn't know and we did ask the sales person Is how firm the bed would be when it's cooler. The mattress is much harder when it is below 62°F in the room. We like to sleep with the windows open and have a cooler in the spring and fall.

Got this breeze in 2017. This was an awesome mattress and technology up until approx 1 month ago. Now you can make it and go back an hour later and still feel the heat under the covers. They have declined my warranty stating they cannot warranty a bed because it's Hot. Beware if you buy breeze because Tempur Pedic will not stand behind this product. I'm really disappointed in this company now. As much as we pay for these beds you would think they would stand behind their technology.

It all started with my first Tempurpedic years ago (which I still have), and then I purchased my first Cloud. After that I purchased another Cloud for our second home plus the couch with pull out bed. This is without a doubt the best line of beds I have ever purchased...and there have been MANY, including the "number bed" Sleep well my friend!

My first neck pillow was given to me by a friend. I recently purchased one for my boyfriend so he would stop taking mine. We both love them. His is obviously more firm being brand new, but mine is still super comfortable after being worn in for 10 years. Helps me to not have headaches and neck aches from an uncomfortable pillow. We both use the large size; he is 6' and I'm 5'6"

This mattress replaced an older one - and fact is, it is comfortable no matter what position we (partner and I) sleep in. She and I do sleep in very different ones! When we are out of town, we can't fall asleep the same way. We (Heart) our Temperpedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reason why I say it that way it's because my wife has had much better sleep improvement since we got the mattress and once she is pregnant I'm sure it's going to come in handy for her, and that is what makes me happy about the mattress. As for my self, I can't say that I'm impressed, but at the same time, I can't say that I'm disappointed because it is definitely not the case at all. The reason why I'm not overly "impressed" it's because it does seem to make my back/body feel a bit uncomfortable at times, especially after extended sleep but I guess that type of thing happens when you're tall and getting a bit older lol, but overall I must admit it is a great product and investment for the future. Overall, I do recommend this product and I still give it 5 stars.
