I got a brand new bed in 2021; I was close to 300lbs. The bed was amazing at first but I guess one night while getting in the bed my knee must have broke one of the coils. I attempted to file a claim; they asked for these ridiculous pictures to take. I asked for help because they offered to have someone come out and take the necessary pictures. They attempted to contact someone to come out but discovered they didn't have anyone in the area! As I stated before that's not the customer's problem! Horrible customer service! I will not give them a rusty nickel again!

This mattress needed to be aired out for several days before I could sleep on it and wake up without bloody mucus and the feeling of a nagging hangover. I opened the windows and ran a fan over it for a few hours a day. After about a week it was ok. After the fumes were gone it was actually quite comfortable.

It appears to be a good mattress so far! Has it only for about 3 weeks. Needs a lot of break in time. Currently it's a little too stiff for the wife, back and neck are sore since purchase. I too feel some back stiffness at times. After reading up on the mattress, I found most people complained about the same issue for the first 3 months. Wish I would have known this from the start. Only time will tell. Fingers crossed.

Five years ago we invested in twin XL mattresses, side x side to equal a King. Best choice ever. We have separate remotes and can raise or lower the bed independently of the other. Only deficit in this is not being able to take them with us when we travel! Totally miss our bed!! We

I am a disabled veteran and Deputy, purchased bed 12 years ago. The mattress is like sleeping on the floor, the remotes don't function well, the foot of the beds (two Cal king twins) have worked off and on, at times not at all for months. After multiple spinal cord surgeries, I contacted Temper-Pedic and was told to submit pictures. The 20 year warranty is a ruse. I am now shopping around for a new bed.

These mattresses are supposed to last 10 years, but mine sagged after only 8 years. I never misused the mattress and it was always supported. For the thousands I spent it simply wasn't worth it and I don't recommend anyone spend the money. Not a good buy.

This is by far the best mattress that we have owned. We purchased the mattress 3 years ago and it is supportive, comfortable and durable. One of the best things we like is the fact that one of us can turn over without disturbing the other. Although rather expensive, I would recommend it, without reservation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I first purchased the Tempur Pedic mattress topper for our camper van as we needed the comfort it provides for our backs. We both have arthritis in our back and this product helps us. So we ended up buying two Queen Size mattress toppers for the other two beds in our house. So instead of buying brand new mattress's, we feel like we have have new mattress's with the Tempur-Pedic Toppers on each bed. We love the product and do recommend it to others!

Our TPB adjust to our needs. Ours is a single King Mattress that remote control electronically raise and lowers the head and feet easily. The bed messages are great before falling to sleep. I also enjoy the comfort of having 2 USB on both sides of the bed and the night lights (white and blue) underneath the bed is fantastic at night. We will only by TPB now. Thank you. We love all the features that contributes to improve or health.

There isn't one doubt in my mind about referring this mattress to everyone! It's an amazing all around sleeper bed. I sleep on my side stomach and back and the best part is I've stopped tossing and turning so much! Everyone always told me the two things you should invest in is a good mattress, and a good pair of shoes. Iam beyond happy I made the choice to become part of the Tempur Pedic family!
