I will never buy another tempur pedic mattress because they don't stand behind their product. We had one that was delivered with a hole in the cover and a dirt mark and after contacting and sending pictures the company decided not to do anything about it. To send it back to Ashley Home furniture would have cost more money so we are keeping it and hoping the whole doesn't get any bigger. Beware when you purchase make sure it is in pristine condition otherwise do not accept delivery. Learned the lesson the hard way. Let's see if they post this review

I know people that love these mattresses, so we thought it would be a great investment. We both haven't slept a whole night since we got it. I really am trying to like it but not worth the money to me, or the time to "break it in". I agree with everyone else, it is very hot!

I've tried four mattresses in the past four years, several major brands and types, but just couldn't find one that worked for both my wife and I. Finally we decided to try a Tempurpedic and we are SO glad we did. We absolutely love it! Honestly the best nights sleep I've had in years! Thank you Tempurpedic!!!

This mattress replaced an older one - and fact is, it is comfortable no matter what position we (partner and I) sleep in. She and I do sleep in very different ones! When we are out of town, we can't fall asleep the same way. We (Heart) our Temperpedic!

If you like sleeping on a hot board, this is the mattress for you! I replaced an 8 year old mattress that I LOVED with this one, thinking they were comparable. NOT AT ALL!! I have added 3 mattress pads, including a cooling foam protector so that I can sleep again. (I had tried the BREEZE and it was just as hot - and a LOT of money!!!!) Be sure you have the option to return it if it is not for you (not availble for replacements) as a 30 minute trial in a showroom is not the same as a 8 hour sleep! It is VERY hard - which does play havoc on shoulders and hips. Also, it is hot. Our body heat is absorbed into the cover and it is still warm an hour after getting out of bed. Not great for tropical climates. GREAT customer service, yet they can only do so much when it comes to returns.

Five years ago I purchased this bed due to having back surgery. I have never been happier with a purchase the way I am now. When we moved 2x the only thing I cared about was safe handling of my bed. The moves lost my legs so I had to purchase 2 sets of legs. The only thing I found out late is the legs can be connected to achieve the correct height. I found this out later. Either way dint think about buying this bed....JUST DO IT.

I suffer from a herniated disc haven't slept for more than three hours at a time for years this bed has made all the difference in the world not only do I sleep a full 8 hours I get out of bed with out pain for the first time in more years than I can remember

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After experiencing a year of incredible back pain (even with chiropractic therapy, fascia massage therapy, & a purchase of a popular "inflatable"-type bed), I decided to try one last thing. Immediately I started sleeping better and slowly was able to sleep through the night, and eventually was able to get out of bed like normal. The Tempur-Pedic product was so helpful, I have since purchased 3 more for family members- including the pillows. Highly recommend!

I loved sleeping on the tempurpedic of 10 years ago, back before there were so many models. Thinking all the differences now were subtle and that the basics would be the same, I bought a Cloud Elite on clearance and I could not be more disappointed! It does not hug my body like the original, it does not bounce back like the original. There is a half inch hole where I usually sleep so if I try to re-position I fall into it. The old model took away my aches and pains but this one does not. I am very sad and disappointed because I dreamed of having my own Tempurpedic for so long after sleeping on the old one at my parents house, and now not only do I not have what I wanted but I'm stuck with the bill.
