We bought two firm twin mattresses with adjustable bases in September 2020. I am a side sleeper and when I'm awake during the night and when I wake up in the morning, my arms and hip are sore. We purchased two original Tempur-Pedic mattresses 20 years ago and never had a single problem. I'm going to try and get Mattress Firm to replace my Firm mattress with a Soft mattress, since they're so much harder now.

Im not proud of my weight but when you are 300 a mattress can only do so much. It feels good while it is new but you start to sink down. It will come back up but when you get on you go down. this mattress has not started it yet but im pretty sure unless i can loose a lot of weight it will start sinking.

Five years ago I purchased this bed due to having back surgery. I have never been happier with a purchase the way I am now. When we moved 2x the only thing I cared about was safe handling of my bed. The moves lost my legs so I had to purchase 2 sets of legs. The only thing I found out late is the legs can be connected to achieve the correct height. I found this out later. Either way dint think about buying this bed....JUST DO IT.

I purchased a Tempur Pedic mattress for my son who suffered back issues after radiation to his spine. Because of his illness, much time was spent in bed and that mattress stood up to the test of time and wear. However, when it began to sag after EIGHT years, and since It had a 10 year full warranty, I called Tempur Pedic. They sent me an email to get started on the claim. My claim was approved within two weeks and I called today to order a new mattress. They will deliver it and remove the old mattress in a week. This company offers a true warranty without issue. Be proactive to help these people help you. Be specific in identifying the problem on the claim form. Your photos need to be exactly what they ask for. The employees were helpful and kind. Way to go Tempur Pedic! Thank you so much for keeping promises.

I've tried four mattresses in the past four years, several major brands and types, but just couldn't find one that worked for both my wife and I. Finally we decided to try a Tempurpedic and we are SO glad we did. We absolutely love it! Honestly the best nights sleep I've had in years! Thank you Tempurpedic!!!

This mattress on most days has helped renew his body. Years later it is in the same great condition and we decided to purchase another one for our guest bedroom because we wanted my parents and my in-laws to experience the same relief. We love our mattresses.

I will never buy another tempur pedic mattress because they don't stand behind their product. We had one that was delivered with a hole in the cover and a dirt mark and after contacting and sending pictures the company decided not to do anything about it. To send it back to Ashley Home furniture would have cost more money so we are keeping it and hoping the whole doesn't get any bigger. Beware when you purchase make sure it is in pristine condition otherwise do not accept delivery. Learned the lesson the hard way. Let's see if they post this review

There isn't one doubt in my mind about referring this mattress to everyone! It's an amazing all around sleeper bed. I sleep on my side stomach and back and the best part is I've stopped tossing and turning so much! Everyone always told me the two things you should invest in is a good mattress, and a good pair of shoes. Iam beyond happy I made the choice to become part of the Tempur Pedic family!

So grateful for this product! Have been sleepless for so long and had concerns I'd never sleep well again. Quite nervous after mattress delivered because it was quite firm, however in minutes it softens enough to prepare you for a good night sleep. Also when spouse moves it doesn't waken me.

I know people that love these mattresses, so we thought it would be a great investment. We both haven't slept a whole night since we got it. I really am trying to like it but not worth the money to me, or the time to "break it in". I agree with everyone else, it is very hot!
