Mattress is too hard. Bought Cloud Select but the label does not identify the firmness. Called and chatted with Tempur=Pedic, they cannot identify the firmness of the Cloud Select mattress even after giving them ALL info on tags. i.e. they have no way of identifying their products or telling customer if the right mattress was delivered!!! This is crazy. The mattress goes back!!! I don't know whether to not recommend the mattress or just the poor organization of the Tempur-Pedic company. This is just insane.

Finally, I have a mattress that cuddles my body and allows me to move effortlessly. I roll from my stomach to my back with no problem. I give it five stars *****. There isn't a single thing that I don't love about it. There were no smells, and the mattress was securely taped before arrival. I am sleeping approximately 3-5 hours a night. I recommend it to anyone who has back or hips pain problems.

We bought two firm twin mattresses with adjustable bases in September 2020. I am a side sleeper and when I'm awake during the night and when I wake up in the morning, my arms and hip are sore. We purchased two original Tempur-Pedic mattresses 20 years ago and never had a single problem. I'm going to try and get Mattress Firm to replace my Firm mattress with a Soft mattress, since they're so much harder now.

My husband and I recently replaced a 16 year old Tempurpedic mattress with a new one. We went directly to the beautiful Tempurpedic store in our local mall and was throughly educated about all of our choices. We marveled at all of the different mattress options there are today. When we purchased our first mattress, which I loved, it was either a 10'' or 12''. I have always and will continue to educate everyone I know about this amazing product.

Five years ago I purchased this bed due to having back surgery. I have never been happier with a purchase the way I am now. When we moved 2x the only thing I cared about was safe handling of my bed. The moves lost my legs so I had to purchase 2 sets of legs. The only thing I found out late is the legs can be connected to achieve the correct height. I found this out later. Either way dint think about buying this bed....JUST DO IT.

I thought I had been sleeping on a good mattress but my hips were always so sore each morning I just wanted to get up and never go back to bed. After sleeping on a tempur-Pedi at my sister' house I knew I had to have one. For a few weeks now I haven't wanted to get up. My bed is so comfortable I'll never purchase another brand. Tempur-Pedic gets my vote.

I am a short person,so had to scoot up into the old bed,even with a low profile frame. This Elite is not as heavy,nor as thick as the old one,but just as comfy,and cool.I also had trouble making the bed,as it was so very heavy,so had to have help putting sheets on(not much strength) Also bought 2 sets of Tempurpedic sheets with the bamboo ingredient,and they are absolutely fabulously made.I am now able to make my own bed with no assistance (about time,as I turn age 80 next year. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After experiencing a year of incredible back pain (even with chiropractic therapy, fascia massage therapy, & a purchase of a popular "inflatable"-type bed), I decided to try one last thing. Immediately I started sleeping better and slowly was able to sleep through the night, and eventually was able to get out of bed like normal. The Tempur-Pedic product was so helpful, I have since purchased 3 more for family members- including the pillows. Highly recommend!

I loved sleeping on the tempurpedic of 10 years ago, back before there were so many models. Thinking all the differences now were subtle and that the basics would be the same, I bought a Cloud Elite on clearance and I could not be more disappointed! It does not hug my body like the original, it does not bounce back like the original. There is a half inch hole where I usually sleep so if I try to re-position I fall into it. The old model took away my aches and pains but this one does not. I am very sad and disappointed because I dreamed of having my own Tempurpedic for so long after sleeping on the old one at my parents house, and now not only do I not have what I wanted but I'm stuck with the bill.
