My wife has struggled with sleeping comfort for years. We've normally purchased lower cost mattresses and it was never the right solution. Our new Tempur-Cloud Elite finally did the trick. I've asked her over and over if she really likes her new mattress and the answer is a resounding YES! Thanks again for a great product!

If you have low back problems this is definitely not the bed for you! Unfortunately when you are purchasing these beds, the sales staff doesn't make proper recommendations. For these expensive beds the sales people should know what they are selling and the impact of bed on bodies. Huge loss of money when bed only causes bigger back issues.

This is the second mattress we have received from you ..the first one had a warranty issue which your service team took care of and we went with the cloud elite upgrade and absolutely love it! It has saved my back once again ... it is definitely worth the investment...

I was told that it would have to be kind of broken in as it would be firm and to walk across it on hands and knees. Not so, I sunk down in it the first night and sweated all night and thereafter until I put a mattress pad on it. Now there is a sunken impression where I lay. I was told this would be very good for my back, but now is worse than before. This bed is not for anybody who weighs very much.

The mattress itself is very comfortable and a good improvement from our previous mattress. My only problem is that it has a built in bed spring which makes the mattress very heavy for when I'm putting the sheets on. Any suggestions are welcomed. Other than that my wife and I are very happy with the mattress and the service that we received.

We purchased our temperpedic mattress a year ago, it was a floor model so we could not exchange it. I have bought two different mattress covers to cool the mattress with no luck. My husband and I both wake up several times during the night sweating from the heat of this mattress. I hate this mattress and wish we would never bought it. But there is nothing we can do. DONT BUY it!

We bought the medium adapt one first, it was way to hard for me. We traded it in for the Elite and this one is much much better! They say it will get even softer in time so I'm waiting on that to happen. We have just had it 2 weeks. I have always had to have a soft mattress or I wake up with the worst lower back ace. I would recommend this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 3 Tempur-Pedic mattresses now. All of them are a dream to sleep on. My wife and I used to wake up with a sore back before we purchased this product, now we don't have that issue. The mattress supports us in every position we sleep. IT tends to get a bit too warm s the mattress absorbs our body heat, so in the summer it is a bit of a challenge to stay cool.

Mattress is too hard. Bought Cloud Select but the label does not identify the firmness. Called and chatted with Tempur=Pedic, they cannot identify the firmness of the Cloud Select mattress even after giving them ALL info on tags. i.e. they have no way of identifying their products or telling customer if the right mattress was delivered!!! This is crazy. The mattress goes back!!! I don't know whether to not recommend the mattress or just the poor organization of the Tempur-Pedic company. This is just insane.
