There isn't one doubt in my mind about referring this mattress to everyone! It's an amazing all around sleeper bed. I sleep on my side stomach and back and the best part is I've stopped tossing and turning so much! Everyone always told me the two things you should invest in is a good mattress, and a good pair of shoes. Iam beyond happy I made the choice to become part of the Tempur Pedic family!

I have a firm tempur mattress already which I love (2nd home) so when it came time to get a new mattress for our primary residence, we opted for the same. Unlike my other mattress where I can just about sleep in the same side position all night long without moving, on this new one I find myself tossing and turning as a feel pressure points on my hips and shoulders. This never happened with my other Tempur even in the beginning without a break-in period. I'm hoping this will soften over time but as the nights go by, I worry that this won't be the case. I'll be back to the second home soon to get some more restful sleep. In the meantime, I'm slightly disappointed.

This product has exceeded our expectations and can't rally be criticized in any respect. After reading many reviews we had expected to buy a Casper to replace an older Tempur-Pedic. After trying both at a retail mall we immediately felt the Tempur-Pedic was more comfortable and it subsequently has proven that every night since we got it.

I went into the store in Smyrna TN where I was met immediately by Deidra . She was very friendly and so knowledgeable and went over the reasons we were looking for a bed . I feel like I left after making a friend and will recommend all my friends to shop at this store and definitely ask for Diedra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've purchased 6 Temper Pedic mattresses so far; once while staying with a friend for extended period we purchased a Temper Pedic for his guest room (where we were staying) and I didn't think it was right for us to be sleeping on the best mattress in the house so we bought two! One for his room and one for our's the guests! We have been so spoiled since experiencing the Temper Pedic diffference; we want to share the experience with everyone; we won't leave home without it!!!

I didn't expect to be so satisfied purchasing my tempurpedic queen mattress online. The online description helped me find the right mattress for me. I am satisfied with the quality of the mattress and the online experience was very satisfying. The delivery people were friendly and efficient. So I have a great mattress and never left my house.

I had a quality mattress before I decided to purchase the Cloud but just wasn't that great. Just not enough give. I am much more comfy on my Temur-Cloud. I am a side sleeper so it gives me more relief on my shoulders and hips. Glad I bought it! It does get a little warm sometimes but I don't mind.

This is our second Tempur-Pedic mattress we have had, both with the same problem. Our first mattress started to sag where we sleep at night and neither of us are big people. The company gave us our money back to use to buy another temper pedic mattress so we upgraded and now we're in the same boat. This time we are not getting anywhere with the company, because the first time people came out to verify the problem. Now we are supposed to do it online and are not getting anywhere. When you spend this much on a mattress we expected a lot more. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got the bed it was very firm and uncomfortable. I found this very odd because I had purchased a soft mattress. After a few months it softened and kept softening to the point that the middle of the bed just feels saggy and the edges are just as firm as day one. So now I feel like I'm sleeping on an incline every night and constantly wake with back pain and discomfort. I also rarely sleep with a pillow anymore because it creates too much of an angle for me to be comfortable, especially on my stomach. Looking back I wish I would have done more research before making this purchase, it has been an expensive lesson.

I am soooooooooo DISAPPOINTED with my mattress. After ONE year, both side of our mattress sags on both sides, so that if I get too close to the edge, I will roll off. Even my little grandson who slept in the bed was rolling off, and had to climb up a little to get back to center of the mattress. What is up with this??? What should I do?...
