I used to love Tempurpedic but too much has changed. The materials and layers are not as comfortable as they used to be and i am so very sad. I bought a Rhapsody luxe and exchanged it because i sunk in way too much. I got the contour elite and its like sleeping on the floor. I am so sorry i bought it and wish i could get another of the original Tempurpedic Deluxe models. Thats my favorite and it has also been discontinued i dont think i will ever find comfort from Tempurpedic again

I am soooooooooo DISAPPOINTED with my mattress. After ONE year, both side of our mattress sags on both sides, so that if I get too close to the edge, I will roll off. Even my little grandson who slept in the bed was rolling off, and had to climb up a little to get back to center of the mattress. What is up with this??? What should I do?...

I've been sleeping on this mattress for 3 weeks. I do not wake up with the stiff/pain back that I had with my old mattress, but I do wake up with a lot more hip pain. I wake up a lot when I'm side-sleeping. I'm hopeful that this is just a break-in period for the mattress and my body, but after three weeks I am wishing I would have stuck to a traditional mattress with the new purchase.

This mattress on most days has helped renew his body. Years later it is in the same great condition and we decided to purchase another one for our guest bedroom because we wanted my parents and my in-laws to experience the same relief. We love our mattresses.

I am a disabled veteran and Deputy, purchased bed 12 years ago. The mattress is like sleeping on the floor, the remotes don't function well, the foot of the beds (two Cal king twins) have worked off and on, at times not at all for months. After multiple spinal cord surgeries, I contacted Temper-Pedic and was told to submit pictures. The 20 year warranty is a ruse. I am now shopping around for a new bed.

The mattress has made such a difference with the ability to change the head level on my side, in order to improve my REM sleep. We love our mattress!

I have been very disappointed in my new Tempur-Pedic mattress which has been a surprise to me as I loved my prior mattress bought in 2006. The new mattress has not been very compfortable. I am unsure if I needed a firmer Tempur-Pedic or what the problem was. I was told by the store where I bought the mattress that it was not returnable or exchangeable for a different mattress. I am now sleeping on my 2006 mattress.

I got the breeze edition expecting a cooler feeling mattress. Im highly disappointed, my old 20+ year was cooler to the touch and felt more comfortable. Wasted almost $6000 on it. I would have been better off buying a air mattress or sleeping on a concrete floor.
