This is one awesome machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I simply love the fact I can operate the washer from the smartyhings app. I also love that there is a super wash time so I can loads in half the time. The washer is ready to keep clean. If you have had a samsung washer previously, then you will find the same ease of operation.
Hate the washer
I bought this pair in August. Today my washer won’t open and the controller just spins, it is stuck on the delicate cycle. I hate the fact that my clothes are now going to get moldy because I cannot get them out. I tried resetting the machine to no avail. I am so disappointed and angry that I’m going to lose these clothes!!!

Mixed opinion
Washing machine seems good, I am using new one from past 45 days but it makes loud kirking sound while spinning. I am contacting samsung support to get this fixed. And I dont see the doors closing smoothly. The soap oil drawyer openinrg and closing is not smooth. There are IoT and other high tech features. The menu is very good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it a couple months ago and it washes great but now I’m noticing that when it starts to spin it is pushing washer door slightly open and it’s making it open and shut so I get scared thinking washer is moving but when I go in there it’s just the door making noise. My clothes is also starting to smell but not sure if it’s my well water or just soap build up. I’ve used the Clean Washer button twice now though. I like everything else about it.
Better than expected

As a matter of fact I don't think the maytag that I was using was cleaning my laundry at all. I am very happy with my purchase and I definitely would buy again.

Just like with all the other Samsung appliances, I have no regrets. The washer does the work and more it was worth the money. Love all the features especially that it connects to my phone and even my Alexa and lets me know when it’s done. Love it!!!
Epic Fail
Bought in March maybe April with extended protection plan in 2022 October 2024 machine has had a total failure in dampeners/platform been waiting over a week for repair/replacement. I've had more inexpensive makes/models last for 10 + years without a single problem door will leak at times from small vent hole in bottom. Great features quiet operation. But not quality or value very disappointed.
