Great washer, very quiet, takes bog loads and very customizable cycles. I recommend. Also qualifies for ontario home appliance rebate for its most efficient rating. Make sure to check for damage when delivered especially back side as its hidden after installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a very good washing machine has lots of features , One of my particular favorites is The steam feature, and is very quiet uses very little water. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi part. It works one out of 25 times if I’m lucky. They say to unplug it and plug it back up that’s not possible seeing how it sits on the pedestal and you can’t reach it to unplug it or plug it up.

Much quieter operation and we haven't had to worry about whether or not it is filling properly. Slightly more capacity than our 4.7cu ft, but that was intentional to make sure we don't over do it since we're switching over from top load to front load. No issues with balancing loads so far, and loads are coming out cleaner. I like that I can use my smart things app to see status and get notifications when loads are complete.

I really love the large door and spacious drum. It makes loading and washing big loads so easy. The steam clean feature is fantastic for removing tough stains and the variety of cycles lets me choose the perfect wash for every type of laundry. The smart technology and Wi-Fi connectivity make it easy to monitor and control washes from anywhere. Overall, it’s a powerful, efficient washer that makes laundry a breeze.

Avoid samsung washer and dryer. These have been the biggest headaches we have ever had. Bought them brand new a couple years ago. And a year after owning them (of course after the warranty) everything begins to fail. First the dryer sensors and fuses blow, have to repair that almost every month. Now that the dryer is working. The washer is now out of service... I wish we kept the old LGs ones that came with the house... save yourself the hassle and headache, no matter what sale is going on, DON'T DO IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving the bigger capacity (I replaced a 4.5cuft Samsung that continuously kept going unbalanced and wouldn’t finish the spin cycle). Despite the disappointment of the old model, I didn’t hesitate to purchase another Samsung because as a family of 5 it was well-used over the 8 years we owned it. The new model runs quietly and is sleek. If a washing machine can be beautiful, it is! I took off one star because, as with the older models, the cycle complete tone is just a bit too much. When guests hear it for the first time they always laugh (as we did the first time 8 years ago!) but it gets old! Way too long! Wish there was a way to shorten it or have options for the notification but silence is the only other option as far as I know.

Chose these products mainly for the quality, but also for the capacity ( especially for comforters). There are new technologies that have been incorporated, and are still in the “Discover and Master” stage. The functionality is just perfect for our needs. The steam option we rarely use, but is good to have. Overall, the performance is above expectation.
