The extra-large capacity is a huge plus — I can fit my whole bedding set in it, and it easily handles a full basket of clothes without feeling overloaded. The steam sanitize feature works great and gives me extra peace of mind, especially for towels, bedding, and work clothes. It runs smooth, cleans well, and has made laundry a lot easier. So far, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size of this washer is great even my king sized comforter gets thoroughly washed inside of it as well as large loads of laundry . It was easy to connect via Bluetooth to my phone and my other Samsung product so I get an alert on my phone and on my TVs so I can multitask. The washer cycles help a lot with faster loads if I have smaller loads And longer loads for larger loads . I don't have the water hooked up so I don't use my steam feature but I imagine that it would be great to have If I did have the water hooked up to it.

The washing machine holds a lot and I am able to see how much time it uses because it is connected to my Android Phone. The speed and efficiency is the best our family has ever had and we have a family of 6.

On the positive side, the Super Speed cycle is incredibly fast when you're in a rush, and the steam feature works really well for sanitizing and lifting light stains. However, the connectivity feature is very unreliable and doesn’t work half the time, making the smart features highly frustrating to use. Additionally, the overall efficiency and standard cycle times leave a bit to be desired, and it doesn't always clean quite as thoroughly on normal settings as I expected. It's an average, decent washer, but the app integration definitely needs improvement. Capacity is nice.

The wifi features remain the same as our last samsung. The capacity is enough for a large family. The efficiency is nice. Very quick. Haven't used a steam cycle yet. AI seems like a gimmick.

It has that connectivity to Bluetooth, and that makes it awesome whenever you're busy and don't have time to run to the washer time after time after time, you could just all do it from your phone and that makes life a lot easier. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer does a good job of cleaning clothes, but the main control panel failed within the first 5 years of ownership. I was able to replace this myself with another OEM part, but we were without a washer for about a week as a result.
