All the technology that it has (yes it's scary) but the array of features makes it perfect for washing pillows or a small load. My laundry was stacked up waiting for the new machine, so I was able to try different laundry items. The capacity is impressive, and the quick load—-is just that, quick!!

Plenty of water and powerful enough to thoroughly wash my clothes not just shift them around in 5 inches of water! I'm 80+ years old and it did take me a few minutes to read a few things and understand how they worked but worth the effort. I really like the spin only option which seems to be ignored by most manufacturers. The steam clean function works as promised, what a time and clothes saver. I have only put a few loads through but I am really pleased with this washer and dryer.

We were going to get a different brand hoping for better longevity but overall, it was a good washer for 8 years and Samsung offered an extended 2 year warranty. The warranty process has been horrific. I'm on my 4th try of getting it accepted, the first time was my fault but the rest, they are being over the top. Overall, washer is fine

Failing at the 1yr mark, bearing on the drum is going out with a loud shriek on the spin cycle, tech came out to look it over and said it was a bearing going out, called it in and they told him no parts to repair, gonna have to replace the washer, going on three weeks and still waiting on my replacement washer.

But they are also much larger than my previous washer and dryer and I love them! I passed by my laundry room and I just have to sneak a peek lol! Samsung just took laundry next level. Very, very happy with our purchase!

As far as function, the large capacity is great for washing a large load of clothes or a king size comforter. So far our clothes feel like it’s coming out nice and clean which is the most important thing about a washer.

I purchased this appliance two months ago. It has been excellent. I am able to manage laundry in my household of 7 easily thanks to its great performance, efficiency in cleaning, and capacity handling. I keep track using the Smart Things app which tells me the status of the cycle and when the cycle is complete.
