On top of that I can do all my laundry with my smartphone through the SmartThings app. The Capacity is great also considering i can wash a weeks worth of my work clothes in one load amd that says alot considering I am a construction worker. The speed is incredible also and that includes spin speed and wash time. The steam feature is also great for sheet and Dat night

What I don't like is it doesn't come with a manual so you have to download and print the manual. I love the app. because it lets you choose how to wash your clothes, towels and works with other Samsung products. The Smart things app. also took a little while to figure out but eventually I figured it out and have Learned a lot about electricity and how much our washer uses. It also tells you how it's best to get odors out and how to get stains in. Finally the one thing I really don't like about the washer is there is no line or directions to how much detergent to put into the holder.

It is great to be able to set the “recipe” for what you're washing using the phone app and sending it to the machine. We have it connected to our Alexa devices so we are alerted when the cycle finishes. Love love love it!

Worried about durability as we have only had washer for 3 years and are experiencing significant draining system issues currently. Outside of the drain issues, I would give 5 stars.

The vibration mixed with my laundry detergent set on top of it scratched the top of the machine the first day.

It cleans clothes thoroughly, runs quietly, and has plenty of cycle options for everything from everyday laundry to bulky bedding. The large capacity means fewer loads, which saves time, and the spin cycle does a great job removing excess water so clothes dry faster. The machine is also energy-efficient and easy to use. The only thing I'd recommend is leaving the door slightly open after use to help prevent moisture buildup, which is common with most front-load washers. The connectivity is nice since my house is two stories and I can easily have my kids load and start washer while I send the washer the cycle I want from downstairs. The efficiency gives me cleaner clothes than my top load washer I had prior, and the speed makes doing laundry ten times faster since I can see on the app and washer itself. I can't wait to use the steam function on my washer just have not had the chance yet.

The only problem is it doesn't fully drain, so an alarm and code go off and I have to open the bottom, pull out a tube, and then drain it into a bucket so it will run again. Same if it senses too many suds. Then I have to start all over again. It's a real time waster.
