[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung washing machine. It is easy to use and load, is extremely quiet, has a huge capacity and is energy efficient. It has so many different settings including steam for sanitizing. Clothes come out clean and wash great with no pilling and minimal wrinkles. It eve handles washing my king size comforter. Highly recommended.

I am loving my washing machine. It has the large capacity & quickness of cycles that I wanted, machine is also quiet. Some of the cycles are preset and cannot be changed which I do not like. I am only 1 month into using my machine so haven't figured out everything as most instructions are online. I certainly would recommend this machine to anyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer. Capacities awesome, it takes so much clothes compared to my previous machine. It’s double the amount of clothes. The machine is quiet so I can let it work at night before I go to bed. I can adjust every program and define if I want more cycles if I wanna steam or if I want quick wash, the technology is awesome and I will recommend it to anybody who would like to buy a washing machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. This washer cleans better than the Maytag we're replacing. Much quieter operation and we haven't had to worry about whether or not it is filling properly. Slightly more capacity than our 4.7cu ft, but that was intentional to make sure we don't over do it since we're switching over from top load to front load. No issues with balancing loads so far, and loads are coming out cleaner. I like that I can use my smart things app to see status and get notifications when loads are complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has a large capacity. I’ve never owed a front loader before and I will never go back. The quiet design. Bluetooth compatibility I can start the washer from anywhere. Which is so convenient.

Avoid samsung washer and dryer. These have been the biggest headaches we have ever had. Bought them brand new a couple years ago. And a year after owning them (of course after the warranty) everything begins to fail. First the dryer sensors and fuses blow, have to repair that almost every month. Now that the dryer is working, the washer is now out of service... drain pump failed. I wish we kept the old LGs ones that came with the house... save yourself the hassle and headache, no matter what sale is going on, DON'T DO IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never have I had a washer that cleaned this well. I'm able to use less detergent and have more clothes (thanks to its larger capacity) and my clothes come out looking brand new, EVERY TIME!! By far this washer is the beat purchase I've made!!!!

The looks are really nice, but the added wash cycle features sealed the deal and same with the dryer. Easy to use and my wife loves the fact she can monitor the wash and dry on her phone. We really enjoy the larger capacity. If these hold up like our other Samsung products, they'll last many years.
