I have never liked real butter or store brand margarines, because they taste like your new recipe. I had to throw away food, because I mistakingly put your new recipe on mashed potatoes, and who EVER throws out mashed potatoes? Well, I did for the first time. Sorry, but it's horrible, to me. Please, at least offer your old recipe to the millions who always loved it. If it isn't broke, why fix it? In the meantime, I guess I will just use Land-O-Lakes margarine!

Will never buy this again!!!! Been eating it since childhood and I'm very upset my grilled cheese tasted so bad I had to throw it out!!!!! Change it back I don't care if it's more healthy since when is "butter" healthy???? So disappointed...... I would give you no stars if it was an option!

Together we can make the world a butter place! Please don't make the same mistake Coca Cola did. I prefer the "same old taste". You not only changed the taste of my butter you changed the taste of every food that I use it on or in. Change is not always good.

Have been using Country Crock Original for many years. Now you have come out with a new recipe. Why fix it when it ain't broke? While not bad using it in cooking, it is horrible by itself. This is the opinion of all eight people in this household. Please make a big announcement if you return to the old original recipe. MAYBE I'll try it again if you do.

Both my husband and I found it interesting to know we weren't alone in our thinking that something is very much wrong with this new recipe. We have been buying Country Crock for years. Now we will have to find another butter spread instead for this new recipe tastes terrible! If it were possible to rate this with zero stars we would do so.

I have used this for as long as I can remember and I have always left it out!! The past 2 tubs ( only 2 tubs of the new) I have gotten have grown mold in them. I will be looking to change brands because this is just gross. Nothing was wrong with the old kind so why change it just to try to save a buck. You lost my money.

I've been using Country Crock for as long as I can remember, 20+ years. First time I tried the New Recipe I thought maybe there was something wrong with my taste buds. Turns out it's the new swill they call a spread. Time to find a new spread to use. Blue Bonnet don't fail me like Country Crook has (and I spelled that correctly).

I have used Country Crock for 20 years, but since you have changed your recipe to the "New simpler recipe", I am changing brands. This is the worst tasting margarine ever to hit the grocery store shelves. It's like spreading something from the garbage can on my bread. I will not be buying Country Crock again unless they change it back.

Eggs, pancakes, anything cooked with this "new" failed formula has the so called improved taste. I can enjoy simply toast anymore because of the flavoring, so I've decided to simply have coffe and boiled eggs. I refuse to eat anything cooked with this. We've been loyal customers for years, never again!

Remember the old saying-----"if it isn't broke, don't fix it"---------the original spread was great-----my great grandson loved it. I bought some of the new and spread it on bread for him and he refused to eat it saying it was "not good". Threw it away and won't buy any more
