These pads are large, they extend all the way from the front to the back of the underwear. They stick very well to the underwear even though they’re not very sticky. They do not have wings, instead they have an edge, which prevents leakage. It would be nice if it had wings though. The edges aren’t sharp, they don’t hurt. I usually get irritation when the edges are sharp. The pads are quite soft, and comfortable to wear. And they do a good job absorbing. I tested by spilling water on them too, and they didn’t leak at all. The packaging is simple and easy to open, each pad is individually wrapped in a cloth fabric, which is nice, less plastic!

The pads are upgraded, so if you have tried them in the past, you might want to try them again. I poured up to 12 ounces of water into a pad, to test their abilities. The top stayed dry even with ALL that liquid inside. The sides have light gathering for additional leak protection. The packaging is discreet, and the pads are soft on their own and in the wrappers. I would recommend these Member's Mark Total Protection Ultimate Long Incontinence Pads.

I personally don’t have that heavy of a flow on a regular basis so these are too much for my needs, but I know everyone is different. They’re extremely long and will likely catch any potential leakage. I didn’t notice any foul odor at all, the pads seemed to contain it. Overall a great product if you need something this heavy.

I prefer these instead of disposable underwear as these are way more discreet and easier to change. They absorb well and leave me feeling dry. These are also perfect for postpartum recovery.

This pad is very thick and will hold a lot of leakage or whatever you’re using it for. It does feel bulky in your underwear of course. I imagine it would be great for postpartum.
