They will do in an emergency, but you need to make a #8 pad and a lot wider, too narrow for heavy incontinence.

These pads used to be good. They keep making them thinner and thinner. This is my last purchase of these pads

This is the best that I have used. I doesn't squish out when sitting. I find it cost effective and better than most name brands.
