[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find this blender to be simple to operate and certainly ample power to handle any task. The cover does reduce the noise level, but not quite as much as expected. However it is quieter than any other blender I have owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this blender almost daily since getting it and it exceeds my expectations. It's not just good for smoothies and milkshakes. I've used it for muffins and batters and look forward to soups in the cooler weather. The internet has may great sounding recipes. The base is heavy for stability and has a powerful motor. My model doesn't have a removable blade, but the "clean" cycle works great, so that's not a problem. The only downside is no handle on the blender jar. I have very small hands, so it's difficult to grip with one hand, but even that wouldn't be a problem for most people. I highly recommend this product.

The container was smaller than I expected and the extra cover piece worked well but just added another step to the process. It seems to function more as a smoothie machine than anything else. It seems to have very few features I had on my smaller one. I'm glad I tried it but prefer my older machine to this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blender definitely impressed me. I used it to make a quick salsa in a pinch ( Tacos were already ready). I tossed in my tomatoes, jalapeno & onion and within a minute I had fresh salsa. Quick clean up and not loud like my other blenders I've had in the past. If you are looking for excellent quality at an affordable price this is the blender for you!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like that it fits under kitchen cabinet, extremely strong motor, so easy to use the variable speed feature (very user friendly). Not as quiet as I expected but the Quiet Shield does help. A very heavy duty appliance, I like using it a lot and that the blender jar is square at the bottom makes it easy to get food out and also easy to clean. Very satisfied!

Blends with ice great!!!! I highly recommend this blender and will definitely only use Hamilton Beach Professional blenders in the future. Great Product! Oh, and it even cleans itself!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this blender as a sample and I'm happy I did! It's got really great features and is quiet compared to my old one. I have made smoothies several times in it, it really chops the ice and the fruit. Love the way it works -- starts with chopping, then stops, then picks up speed to really make the smoothie! The cover over the blender really helps to make it quieter than a normal blender (no blender is silent) with ice and fruit chopping. There's also a clean feature which is great, too! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great blender. The outer shield does reduce the noise for the most part. It is very loud without the shield. It is very powerful. Crushes ice for smoothies in seconds. love the self cleaning function. Nice to not have to take it all apart and wash it every time. The only thing I didn't like is the main container does not have a handle on it only the outer cover. Overall it is an amazing blender.
