This sofa is absolutely perfect! We got it for an extra room. It is perfect for sitting/lounging, and the cushions are wide enough to nap without needing to remove the back cushions. The material is nice and soft but also durable, if that makes sense. Also, my dog droppped a muddy ball on it and all i did was wipe it with a soapy wash cloth and the stain came right out! I am very pleased overall with this set! The color is more of a smoky gray color which is just fine with me, it goes with all my decore!

Great couch for the sale price of $599. No issues with ours at all and no smell like some mentioned. - there is ZIPPERS on all cushions and pillows. -cushion covers may need adjusting, ours needed to be, to match hem area of other. -no installation requires, just put feet on (that are in a pocket area under couch fabric) -size is accurate -NOT a soft on your behind couch!!! Veryyyy firm, even the back cushions are. Good i guess since it will not show indentions anytime soon and eventually i suppose it will give some like most foam based cushions/pillows do..

Waiting for delivery, today it was to arrive....Received 2 different time frames.. first was between 4am to 8am... you read that right 4am! Then 11am to 3 pm and here it is 7pm and still nothing! No update, no sorry its running late... no we apologize...I rely on service first and foremost and this is really wanting me to go elsewhere more dependable!

The Sofa is very comfortable. The delivery was a -1 rating. In the order it states it will be delivered to your door. Guess it doesn't state which door. They delivered it to my garage door which is 25ft from by front door and on a street which gets splashed by water. Can not see my garage door and you can't call customer service. Had to use a chatbot first. Never got a call back. It's not a way to do business.
