This is a great sofa to add high quality comfort to a small space. Great depth in the seating that allows you to relax, but it is still easy to get up. Very affordable and is sure to stand the test of time.

We placed an order for a couch on Saturday, and the website clearly stated it would be delivered on Sunday. Sunday came and went with zero communication about any delivery window. Finally, around 5 PM, a single delivery guy showed up—with the couch thrown in the back of his personal pickup truck. It honestly felt like Sam’s Club had hired someone from UberEats to drop off a massive piece of furniture. I live in an upstairs apartment, and the delivery person flat-out told us he couldn’t get the couch upstairs by himself. Even if I lived in a one-story house, is Sam’s Club really expecting their drivers to drag a heavy couch across the driveway and into the house alone? When we originally asked about this, Sam’s Club reassured us that they would have two people to deliver to a second story. That was clearly a lie. The driver ended up taking the couch back, and I later got a call from a fulfillment worker. After speaking with corporate, they told me the only solution was to reorder the couch and select “delivery.” Except—there IS no delivery option for this item. Completely ridiculous. This experience showed me nothing but a total lack of customer service, zero accountability, and pure incompetence. I will not be ordering from Sam’s Club again. They wasted my time, disrespected me as a customer, and made what should have been a simple purchase into a nightmare.

I loved this couch and would give it five stars... except... we bought two in April and they both already broke in the exact same spot (right behind the cushion where you lean against while sitting). It was not due to force, just snapped when our 8 or 9-year old was sitting watching TV. Sam's is allowing us to return it, but just super bummed they didnt' work out!

It's only been a month, but so far so good! The couch was very reasonably priced so no complaints!

Looks great in our bed room

This sofa is such bad quality (maybe we got the bad egg of the bunch). Yes, I know it’s not a super high end couch at 700 bucks, but it should not be shoved into a corner used to hold blankets and pillows 4 months in. I will follow with photos, the seam on the back that runs along the top started to open in an area about a month after we purchased. Now, we’re left with a couch that has an open seem almost the entire length of the couch. It was butt up to the back of our window but when guests came to the front door, all you saw was a huge rip from the outside. So embarrassing. I’m going to go take a lighter to some 100 dollar bills now.

The sofa itself is OK, but the delivery service was terrible. The delivery driver simply left this large, heavy sofa outside my house without bringing it to the door or offering any assistance. It's unacceptable to leave such a bulky item for the customer to deal with alone. The poor delivery experience completely overshadowed the product.
