I had been using a different brand of coffee dual use maker went through 3 of them in a year. So I decided to give Cuisinart a try. The first maker lasted approximately 3 weeks before the single serve side quit working. I took it back to the store of purchase and got a second one. Set it up for use the next morning. That morning I noticed a little water on the counter but figured I may have spilled the night before. I decided to set it up for the next morning because I knew I was going to be late getting home that night. When I left the water was at the max level. When I got home there was water all over the counter and floor and the water level was below the minimum level! I took it back to the store and got my money back and went to a different store and bought another higher quality brand. I cannot recommend this product by Cuisinart!

Purchased this coffee maker $160.00, on 2/5/2025, today is March 30, 2025 and the pot will not turn on. What a big disappointment. This coffee pot had every feature i wanted, bold, auto on/off, tempature control, 12 cup, k-cup or caraffe, easy easy easy set up. To only get 7 weeks of great coffee IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE! Buyer beware, if you do buy it? purchase the warenty for the extra couple bucks.

This was my third Cuisinart 2 in 1 model. My original model lasted for about 2 years & I loved it. Unfortunately the pod side stopped working & I picked up a new one. Unfortunately that one only lasted less than two months before it started leaking from the bottom then I purchased a new one & that started to leak the second time I used it. So disappointed in their quality. From what I read online it seems like leaking is a known issue, this is a problem, someone even wrote that a part was put it upside down? (oh I even tried to just rationalize it and say it must’ve just been because it was an older model, but it wasn’t.) Totally disappointed and frustrated - finally gave up and bought a Keurig. It’s been about three months with no issues. Unfortunately it only does K cups and I really liked being able to make a pot of coffee when we had company. Cuisinart get it together & maybe in a couple years, I’ll try again.

After two weeks of daily use this coffee maker has preformed flawlessly. My experience with other brands that have only lasted about 15 months at the most before the heating element burns out lead me to switching brands. Hopefully this one will give me many years of service. P.S. A battery backup to hold settings during a power outage would be a nice improvement!

Very easy to use between how many ounces you want I swear it heats up quicker than a Keurig in the morning which is very important and it looks like a sophisticated piece of machinery on your kitchen counter. It just blends with every type of decoration we have the new 16 model And the color is royal blue. I’m definitely sticking with Cuisinart now. Nothing can top it.

I’ve always wanted a Cuisinart coffee maker. I finally got one before Christmas. I do love it but the coffee carafe doesn’t pour well with a full pot. The lid of the pot doesn’t hinge open, it comes completely off. At least we haven’t found any way around the little things.

We were tired of the Keurig machine breaking every two years so we looked for a different brand. Very happy with the Cuisinart. Two separate water tanks and two separate pumps is a huge benefit as the single pump in Keurig was a common problem. Also the two tanks means less refilling. In the Keurig, if you make a pot you have to add water to complete it. Also, with this machine there is no cup selector or sensor to break which is another known issue with the Keurig. Whatever water you put in, brews through. Lastly, the pot warmer has three temp options and stays hot longer. Love this. Oh and the best of all, the carafe doesn’t leak when you pour coffee. ALL the Keurig carafes leak!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the coffee maker a few weeks ago and it has taken a bit of time to figure out all the buttons and sequencers to make it all work as needed. After getting acclimated I am very pleased with being able to make a pot if needed or use the POD for single cup brewing.

I love this machine! Very nicely made and looks classy compared to the 3 Keurigs I've owned in the past that stopped working including 1 that was only 3 months old and they refused to replace because I didn't keep my receipt. I Will never go back to Keurig after using the Cuisinart. It's a much better made machine than Keurig!

First one defective in less than 2 months. But recieved new one in a couple weeks. Takes longer to brew than my bunn. But like having single serve and the hot plate to keep coffee hot. Got to be extra careful on how much coffee you put in filter so doesnt end up with grounds in the pot. Overall not bad. Love auto timer!
