Excellent Coffee maker!!! It brews very fast, great controls for the Carafe temperature. The one cup brew works very well, and it is nice to be able to use your own coffee instead of a pod. This is my third Cuisinart coffee maker, and I have always been extremely happy with the products.

Very pleased with our new coffee maker. We had the previous version and the current is much better. First we didn't need to return the first one we received as we did before. Everything worked on this one. The current design is easier to fill with water. The cup choices have been expanded as have the hot plate. We like it.

Replaced a Keurig and a cuisinart that lasted about ten years. Single serve works way better than the old Keurig and way more convenient. Really like the removable water tank and handles travel cups super easy unlike the old Keurig. The coffee pot side makes great coffee and keeps it good temp without scorching it. Really easy to see markings on reservoir and easy to fill. Looks great, easy to clean.

I was so excited about this coffee maker. It's my favorite brand, too. Right out of the box, it was defective. The coffee maker, doesn't brew all the way, and water just sits in the coffee basket inside. Also, the single cup side, doesn't work at all. I went to start a return, and it tells me it's not eligible. I bought it less than 3 weeks ago. When I started a chat, I was told to TRY and return it. I have the receipt, it's been less than 30 days, and it never worked. You're giving me my money back. I just read other reviews, and I'm not the only one with this problem. It looks like you have created a bad product, and you should take it off the market. I hope that others will see my review before they buy it and not make the same mistake I made.

Easy to use, convenient k-cup option with 4 different sizes and a cold brew option. The 12 cup carafe has a larger water reservoir opening so easier to fill. Cuisinart quality and style with a slightly smaller footprint than its predecessor. The wake timer makes this the total package.

I love this coffee maker. The new model is a little more difficult to operate than the old one (which I have at home). I bought this for my rental unit out West and so far I am very happy with the quality of the coffee and the ease of brewing. Just took a while to understand the buttons to switch between modes.

The single serve coffee make can take any k-cup and comes with its own single-serve adapter. The sprinkler in the drip coffee maker is large, ensuring a good distribution or water over the cone style coffee holder. Easy to clean. Makes great coffee.

Very poor construction of the pod portion of this machine. Every second or third pod will rip open a spew coffee grounds everywhere. And I’ve spent over two hours trying to clean the residual grounds out. I think maybe the water is under too much pressure. The carafe portion works well except it doesn’t pause very well when the carafe is removed. Excellent warming plate.

I like the coffee maker, but the brewing over ice hasn't been exactly what I had hoped. It's still new to me, but I had hoped I would have nice iced coffee but it seems to be just hor coffee that gets dissipated with the melted ice. I will keep trying. As a regular coffee maker it is great!

I bought this to replace a single-serve coffee maker that wore out. I wanted one with a single and a drip-pot for groups. So far it works great. I use the single most of the time with the provided coffee grounds cup. I don't use k-cups thought they work just fine. It make s a nice cup of coffee. The screen filter leaves a fine residue so I bought some paper filters for it. I think it makes a better cup. Otherwise a well-made piece of equipment
