I like this coffee machine because of the dual capabilities. But i had to return the first one purchased because it was defective and wouldn't keep the coffee hot after the brewing process. Returned and got a refund and so far the 2nd coffee machine is working properly.

I bought this updated model to replace the same coffee maker I've had for a few years. The K-cup part was failing. Unfortunately, one thing that wasn't updated was the coffee pot lid which leaks when pouring the coffee. The other disappointment is the K-cup side. With the previous one, my mug was almost full using the 10 oz setting. This newer model, my cup is less than 3/4 full using the 12 oz setting. This is a problem when I try to fill my travel cup and have to run it twice. I foolishly didn't save the box for lack of storage space or I might have returned it. On the plus side, I like the size and appearance of the coffee maker and am pleased that the coffee stays nice and hot for the four hours till shut off.

We love our new 2 n 1 coffee maker. I especially enjoy the Iced Coffee option. We had the older model for 8+ years it was still working, but it was time for an upgrade. I like the design of this and once you figure out the options it’s very easy to use.

We love this product. We have always had Cuisinart coffee makers and thought they were great. We decided to upgrade to the unit with single serve and traditional coffee maker. It looks beautiful and works beautifully. It doesn't take up too much counter area. The set up was super easy. Highly recommended this coffee maker.

Purchased this coffee maker $160.00, on 2/5/2025, today is March 30, 2025 and the pot will not turn on. What a big disappointment. This coffee pot had every feature i wanted, bold, auto on/off, tempature control, 12 cup, k-cup or caraffe, easy easy easy set up. To only get 7 weeks of great coffee IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE! Buyer beware, if you do buy it? purchase the warenty for the extra couple bucks.

I always trust the Cuisinart brand for kitchen appliances. We've had several Cuisinart coffeemakers and this is a replacement of a model that brews both k-cup and 12-cup carafe. This one adds an option for ice coffee, which we haven't used yet. Frankly, I wish we could ditch the need for k-cup, but our household includes both full-caf and decaf drinkers. Pros: nice looking; small footprint for what it offers; strong brew option; trusted brand; includes charcoal and gold tone filters. Cons: k-cup side needs to brew at higher temp; carafe can leak while pouring; when carafe is on the warming plate, it's too easy to accidentally turn off warming plate to brew a k-cup (I've searched online for support to address this with no luck).

We love the cuisinart coffee central with 2 in 1 glass coffee pot and pod capability. The coffee maker is easy to use and program. We selected the brew strength and time we want the coffee maker to go on in the morning with ease. The coffee stays hot for two hours after brewing.

The machine is great, if you can find one that works. The pod side didn't work on the first two machines I got, so I had to return them for a new one. Thankfully the third time was a charm. Don't throw out that box when you get it, and definitely check the pod side first!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this item when found it on sale while shopping at our discount wharehouse. I had a dual coffee maker that didn’t perk at a consistent heat and had a short keep warm cycle after brewing. The brand I had had many of the same features but its carafe or pot made a mess every time someone tried to pour a cup of coffee. The single pod side still worked fine but had extended company and wanted something more reliable and easy to use with a resevoir for the pod section.

Really nice machine, an incremental update (upgrade?) from previous versions. Convenience of both types is fantastic. The good: for pods it has multiple selection of sizes, coffee tastes great from both sides, and makes it very quickly. Areas where if addressed I would give it 5 stars: permanent filter lets through grinds still. Using paper ones eliminates it (for 10cups+). Lesser Cuisinart models allow to mute the beeping that coffee is ready or when heating plate timer turns off - why not have this feature here? And last, I'm still waiting for wifi/bluetooth connection and an app to control my coffeemaker. Cuisinart - you must have this already!
