I was so excited to receive this coffee maker, I had been looking for awhile for a stylish 2 in 1 coffee maker. The first one came and we started using it right away, loved it! Pot of coffee brewed so fast and was hot! The disappointment came when I had company and they wanted tea. I went to make them a cup on the pod side and it didn't work. No lights lit up, I tried all the troubleshooting tips and yet nothing. So I returned it. They would not send a replacement until they received the returned one so I went a week with no coffee maker. Second one came and I immediately did a test run only to find the pod side did not work just like the last one. I couldnt believe it, being the name Cuisinart always stood for quality. I chose not to get another replacement, obviously there is a problem with this model and it's too expensive to risk having another work for a month then break as William and Sonoma only gives you 30 days on returns. Its been over a month since i ordered the 1st one, still no coffee maker or refund yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great coffe maker with many options and very intuative operation. One issue - I use a 20oz Yeti everyday and the single brew side will not brew directly into the yeti surprised I had to develope a work around for this shortcoming. Even with that I elected to keep the unit and have really enjoyed it.

Easy to use. Makes coffee fast. The only thing i dont like is the water filter is kinda in the way when you put the water in. You have to pour the water really slow to make it in the small opening to put water in. Single cup area is a great addition and works great

I have owned other Cuisinart coffee makers in the past and had pretty good luck with them. My last coffee maker was a Keurig that had the carafe and pod together. So when mine finally quit working I decided to try this one because it does both. The K cups work great in this one, which is really important, and both sides make excellent coffee. I’m pleased with it so far and enjoy making coffee everyday and have not been let down. I own other Cuisinart products so I know the quality of this brand and decided to go back to it…glad I did!! Looking forward to years of great service and reliability.

I like cuisinart products but i especially like this one. I like the 42 ounce water reservoir for the pods. I like the fact there is no grinder for whole beans as my previous one was very loud. It fits nicely under the counter. I like the fact it has a temperature control and a selection for bold coffee. It produces coffee faster

The Coffee Center is very well assembled and provides Hot and well measured coffee from the Pod side and makes a very good cup of coffee on the carafe side. The Pod reservoir should be larger. The reservoir is very handy and easy to fill. The Pod area could use a more leverage to allow easier closing of the Pod door. Overall I am very happy with the Coffee Center and am happy to have purchased this Cuisiart item, I would recommend it over the competition.

I have been waiting to write my review because of a small issue. I wanted to see if it was a fluke. I bought my 2 in 1 coffee maker one month ago. I absolutely love the look of it, and how quickly it brews! Also love how hot the coffee is! My one concern is when we brew on the auto setting, once the coffee brews the clean light goes on, so the coffee in the pot doesn’t stay hot. Trying to troubleshoot this weekend. Hopefully it’s an easy fix!

Have been a Keurig user for many years, but seem to continuously have issues regardless of regular maintenance which requires me to replace it every year or two. I decided it was time to try something that may have better longevity. Have only had this one for about a month, but using either the coffee pot side or pod side every day and have had no issues so far.

Excellent Coffee maker!!! It brews very fast, great controls for the Carafe temperature. The one cup brew works very well, and it is nice to be able to use your own coffee instead of a pod. This is my third Cuisinart coffee maker, and I have always been extremely happy with the products.

Better than expected. The only minor problem would be the refillable cup that you put your own coffee in the lid looks like in time the plastic tab holding the lid will break off. Also my old coffee maker would go up to 14 cups this one goes up to 12 cups. Other than that the coffee maker has been working great
