Having owned the previous version of this coffeemaker if there were any nits about it they have ALL been resolved in this latest version. Cup holder to accommodate regular size coffee cups on the K-cup side. Ability to use the K-cup side and the carafe side simultaneously. Additional hour (4 hrs now) for warmer and three temperature modes. Water catch for when the carafe side is up the water drains back into the basin so its not wasted or all over the counter. An INCREDIBLE coffeemaker that is NOW even BETTER!! Great Job!!

Nice combination of K cup and coffee pot. Not too fancy, but plenty of options for my basic morning coffee needs. Would have liked a larger reservoir for the Kcups and the ability to keep a pot of coffee warm while brewing individual cups at the same time. Otherwise I’m pleased with my new coffee maker.

This is the perfect solution for anyone that fancies they need both a drip coffee maker and a K-Cup compatibile machine. This does both, and does both well. The single serve coffee make can take any k-cup and comes with its own single-serve adapter. The sprinkler in the drip coffee maker is large, ensuring a good distribution or water over the cone style coffee holder. Easy to clean. Makes great coffee.

Love the functionality and getting a hot cup of coffee what I don’t like is how noisy it is. My other model was much quieter. Sounds like a spaceship going up when u use the one cup function. I ll deal with the noise because I love a hot cup of coffee

Makes great coffee, both brewed and Keurig. One bad feature is that you have to set it to bold every time you do a brew and there’s no way to set it to bold for a timed brew in the future. If you want it bold you should be able to get it bold every time you do a brew. Need to fix this.

Love that it is compact- love the dual pot and single serve. The ice coffee function makes no sense as it basically gives you hot coffee over melted ice cubes and the bottom burner stays hot for the coffee pot version. So you end with extremely watered down warm “iced coffee”.

We received this as a warranty replacement when our model SS-15 began leaking water. Since then, everything has worked perfectly. We had to adjust the # of scoops to get our preferred strength but that was it! Just wish that the carafe reservoir was easier to fill without needing a small funnel.

My first coffee maker leaked, then started trying to brew even when it was turned off, then stopped working entirely after two weeks. Luckily we were able to return it and after two weeks the new one is still working, so in a few months maybe I can give it a better review if it keeps working.

We love this product. A great pot of coffee ready as we awaken in the morning. If we want to enjoy a pod it's easy to brew just a cup. When brewing a pod you can brew 4, 8, 10, or 12 oz servings. We had high expectations for the Coffee Center 2-IN-1 Coffeemaker. This exceeds our expectations.

This replaced a previous Cuisinart coffee pot without the single serve. The single serve leaked when I made the first cup and made me very upset. I have to watch when I make a single serve so that it does not leak. Was disappointed in this coffee pot.
