[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pot is perfect for people who like a pot of coffee but also like to make a quick cup here and there--or have hot water for tea and cocoa. You don't have to have multiple appliances for all these things! It works well--the pot side makes a great cup of coffee, and the pod side works great--it even has a little shelf for a mug that can flip up for making a tall travel mug of iced or regular coffee. The timer setting is also great--we like to set a timer and have a pot of coffee ready upon arising. I cannot say enough good things about this coffee maker!

Its an excellent device but has it fair share of cons. I’ll share with the pros first: - The reusable filter is amazing because I dread using the paper ones, its really easy to clean. - It also comes with a reusable coffee pod and I have been using that a lot, mine came broken though and the customer service didn’t address the issue when I reached out about it. - Pods can be used with differing volumes of liquid unto 12 fl oz - Both the water reservoirs are really easy to fill up. Now on to the cons: - The biggest con and my biggest complain is that the carafe leaks from under the threads of the handle that goes all around its neck. - The surfaces both steel and plastic seem very prone to scratches even though I only use microfiber towels to clean it, I already have a bunch of scuff marks on my machines. Overall, it’s a plus so I’d recommend it.

Another huge benefit is that when you have multiple coffee drinkers, you can make one pot of coffee instead of making several pods. I had a keurig where I could only make 1 coffee at a time. Now I have an option of if I want 1 coffee with a pod or if I want to make a bigger pot.

There is no way to turn on the got plate to heat the caraf of coffee after the pot has been made.. I also thought a light for the ba k of the caraf and down into the pod area would be a good idea.

Single pods for when we’re in a hurry or a whole pot when we have more time. Iced coffees too. The automatic timer is great for fresh coffee when we wake up. I like that it beeps when the pot is ready and again when the auto shut off happens. It’s easy to use and set up and works perfectly every time.

I did have problems trying to figure out how to set the day of the week,but that really wasn't that important to me. You can program how long you want the coffee pot to stay on for, so no more worrying if you left the coffee pot on.both sides have a cleaning setting. It can also make iced coffee in a cup or the whole pot, it's a setting on the machine for iced coffee. It has an option to make bold coffee. Both side have a charcoal filter in the water tanks to help purify the water for better tasting coffee. Such a great coffee pot this will be one you have forever. If you are a coffee lover or know someone who is this would be great for them. If you just want one more cup you can do that in just a matter of seconds, want to wake up to a pot of coffee set the timer and coffee is ready when you wake up. Set the auto shut off timer, no more worries.

I love iced coffee and being able to brew iced and hot coffee is amazing! It allows me to set it up to make it automatically or brew instantly. It is small and compact so it doesn’t take up much counter space. By far my favorite coffee maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker is pretty snazzy. I like being able to just use the k-cup feature or the carafe. I think it would be nice if the water tank for the kcup one had a knotch on the outside so it would be easier to lift it up. I also think the lid on the carafe is weird. I wish it just had a normal lid that has a hinge. But it has the basics of what you need to make hot coffee or brew over ice. I wouldnt make coffee over ice though. Solid machinr and makes life easier.

It comes with a small pod filter or you can use the bought pods. The Carafe has 3 heat modes and stays nice and warm. It comes with a reusable filter as well. Makes the perfect cup every time.
