This is our third cuisnart coffee maker and we love it. Absolutely beautiful and makes the best coffee. Our daughter is a nurse and has to get up at crazy hours. She uses the auto start programing and loves the coffee is ready when she wakes. Great job cuisnart, the whole family loves it.

I love Cuisnart coffee maker- it replaces 2 items on my counter. I had a coffee maker that seem to take long time to brew even after cleaning and a one cup tea maker. The start up instructions were unclear, but after (my daughter figured it out) it is simple to run and quick to fill. I love the single cup for both coffee and hot water for tea. Haven't use the carafe much but will for family gatherings. Cuisnart is a brand I trust for longevity and quality as I have a food processor and double sided waffle maker that are great also. The directions could be a little bit more clear, especially on the delay for brewing. i set up the machine, filled up the 2 tank sides with water and by the time i did the first test brew, there was water all over the counter. apparently one of the water lines inside the machine was leaking. had to send it back. i always bought cuisinart coffee machines and this was a real surprise to me.

Makes a good pot of coffee but the single serve not so much. Had problems getting it to work initially and the fix was no where to be found until Owen to YouTube and found other customers with the same issue. It was an easy fix but I spent an hour trying to figure it out myself. I love most Cuisinart items but this product is not their best. Again, it makes a good pot but the single serve pod doesn’t compare to a keurig. Also I think it’s cheaply made but most are!

The coffee maker is quiet and operates great. I like the single serve side because of its convenience, speedy and I don’t have to use a k-cup, but my own grounds. Some reviews stated it overflows or leaks, but I haven’t had any issues. I can have a decaf cup of coffee in the evening easily without making a big mess. I am enjoying another great Cuisinart product.

I love everthing about this duo coffee maker except the separate water reservoirs. I would have given 5 stars if it had 1 reservoir for both coffee makers. Its a little taller than my old keurig duo which makes it a little harder to fill coffee side due to machine inside a coffee bar cabinet. What really makes this stand out above the keurig in my opinion, the controls are on the front not the top and the coffee pot does not leak no matter how fast you pour into cup. Keurig coffee leaks a lot when you try to pour too fast.

This is my second one. It is a much better design. The water reservoir for the carafe has been made larger so the water doesn’t spill everywhere while filling it. I am still concerned with the lift for the pod. This broke on my last one and it was non replaceable Duct tape time! And now I have this one. I do like this model much more than the last one which I would still have if replacement parts were available

Serves coffee very hot …. Excellent…. However coffee basket has issue…. It needs pushed down hard to seat it, otherwise the basket does not drain and you end up with coffee all over your counter…. First 3 tries…. Poor manufacturing…. Not an easy fill as they are in the rear if machine. And not a smart machine like Ninja where you select how many cups. Here, you make what you fill pot chamber with…. Kind of crude. Finally can make coffee without it spilling over into counter.

This is the third coffee center we've had in the last year and a half. The first one the single cup side died with in 6 months. The second one, the single cup died within 4-5 months. This one we've had less than 6 months. We'll see how long it lasts. Otherwise, everything else works just fine
