Today is day 34, and it is sitting out on my back patio smoking. After using the "K-cup" side of it, the carafe heating element pad, which wasn't in use, got hot and started making crackling noises. I pulled the plug on it and swiftly took it outside and set it on the back patio, because it was smoking. Yeah, I'm done with Cuisinart.

Overall this is a fabulous coffee machine. he only thing I would have liked would have been to allow my old single serving cup, which I filled with my own coffee and used in my old machine does not fit in this machine. Yes they have a separate reusable filter cup and a removable capsule holder. I just would have liked to have only the removable capsule holder and beable to insert my reusable filter cup into it.

After having another brand for the last 5 years I decided to try this Cuisinart coffee maker as I like to have the choice between a pot or pod of coffee …. This was an incredible price when I shopped other sites for the same item and brand !!! Easy to use and the coffee tastes great !! I would recommend this coffee maker to anyone who’s paying too much for the other names !!

We have had a Cuisinart coffee pot for years. The one we have still works perfectly, we just want to conserve counter space by switching to a single machine for carafe coffee and single serve. This machine is beautiful and easy to use. We like to set the auto brew and have our coffee ready to drink as soon as we get out of bed. We love this machine.

Love my dual cuisinart coffee maker. Whether it's just you and you want a couple pods or a full pot for company or one of those drink coffee days..

It's all about the taste right. This brewer makes the best cups, whether single or carafe. The taste is genuine and satisfying.

Replaced our Kuerig machine and could not be happier! Works as expected and gives you many options.

This is one of our best purchases. It makes a great cup of coffee (hot or over ice) much more consistent than our former keurig.

Despite following the instructions regarding the above features, I have not been able to set both of these features.

I owned this coffee maker for 10 years and loved it so much that when it was time to replace it, I bought the same one.
