Got the 2-in-1 Coffee Center to replace a 14-cup Cuisinart coffee maker (which we loved). The different functionality is easy to use. Makes great coffee! I've not used the Keurig feature that much yet but when I did, it made a good cup of coffee as well. The pod water reservoir is easy to detach, fill, and then reattach. It takes up a bit more space than the 14-cup unit did but WAY less space than having both separate Keurig and coffee makers. One caution -- make sure the filter holder is pushed all the way down before brewing a pot. It clicks into place (which I didn't realize at first ... make a mess when just set loosly in place!) Otherwise, really enjoying the unit.

Coffee center works well and we like the option of single serving and pot size. The tall size makes it difficult to make a pot if you keep it under the cabinet. You can remove the single side water reservoir to fill but have to pull the whole unit to raise the lid and fill the pot side due to separate water reservoirs. Overall it works great.

We are enjoying our new coffee station. The variable temp on the warmer and bold selection are nice options. Easy to use. K-cup capability is also great. We haven’t used cold brew yet but look forward to this additional feature. So far it is much better than our previous high priced thermal pot coffee maker.

Really like this dual brew coffee maker. It is great having the flexibility of n my along a pot of coffee verses one cup for someone who needs decaf coffee. Very attractive machine as well. We did have a little trouble at first getting it to start brewing. If there isn’t enough water in the Keurig side, it won’t start.

This coffee maker has the perfect space saver footprint, combing the full pot with the K-cup in one unit. This is the 3rd time I bought this unit because of the footprint, however the mechanical workmanship could be better. One of the units stopped pumping water to the single serve after a few months so we could only use the full pot. The 2nd unit would stop brewing mid cycle and I would have to push the brew button again to restart it. Also, the Single serve would not stop pumping water after the brew cycle should have been finished. The third unit’s single serve failed out of the box, but I was able to discover a switch just behind where the pod is inserted that was stuck. I freed it up and everything seems to be working 2 weeks in.

I’m very happy with my Cuisinart SS-16 series. The glass carafe is the reason I purchased this. Our coffee stays hot until we finish the pot vs my previous stainless steel pot. We had to reheat every cup in our microwave. Previous coffee maker was another brand & I’m happy to be back with Cuisinart!

I LOVE this coffeemaker. I had a carafe-only Cuisinart coffeemaker, but wanted a single machine that could brew a full carafe or make a single cup. This is perfect, and so easy to use. I had my previous machine for well over 10 years, so I expect this one will be brewing me great coffee for many years to come.

Serves coffee very hot …. Excellent…. However coffee basket has issue…. It needs pushed down hard to seat it, otherwise the basket does not drain and you end up with coffee all over your counter…. First 3 tries…. Poor manufacturing…. Not an easy fill as they are in the rear if machine. And not a smart machine like Ninja where you select how many cups. Here, you make what you fill pot chamber with…. Kind of crude. Finally can make coffee without it spilling over into counter.

We previously had a Cuisinart coffeemaker with the built-in coffee grinder. It worked great until it started to leak. We saw the reviews for the SS-16, 2-in-1 model because we also had an Keurig that was taking up counter space and thought the 2-in-1 configuration would fit our needs better. Just in case, we also ordered an operator Keurig, but it arrived a couple of days later and we returned it. The reviews we read before we bought we not very flattering, but our Cuisinart is working perfectly. We have only had it for about a month. Based on our experience with it so far, I would probably update my rating to 5 stars.

This is the third coffee center we've had in the last year and a half. The first one the single cup side died with in 6 months. The second one, the single cup died within 4-5 months. This one we've had less than 6 months. We'll see how long it lasts. Otherwise, everything else works just fine
