So far I really like this coffee station. We bought it replace the previous model of this machine and so far it seems about the same with a couple improvements. One, the coffee pot doesn't seem to drip down the spout and onto the counter like our old one did and two, there seems to be more room at the top when pouring water into the reservoir. Seems to work a bit better and easier to fill up and use. Thumbs up for now, hopely it holds up over time.

We love this coffee maker except we’re on our 3rd one in 2 years! One had a heating element that melted the plastic around it. Another had an internal heating element that would evaporate 1/4th of the water you would put in . They were both replaced with warranty . Bottom line it makes great coffee and is easy to use but it doesn’t seem to be made for long term use. If this one breaks we’re going to another brand.

Hands-down, the best coffee pot in the world I have been buying this brand for so many years. I gift them as well. You have the best of both worlds. A regular coffee maker and a K cup. Other brands typically break or don’t last This one exceeds all expectations and then some Keep up the good work and thank you for a great product

We like cuisinart products; we have a lot of them. For years we had a coffee maker for ground coffee and eventually bought a separate machine for single brew pods. To save counter space, we bought a machine that does both and are pretty happy with it. There is a problem with the water filters in the reservoirs; they are held in place by friction in the plastic between the filter holder and the place at the bottom of the reservoir that holds the filter in place, That isn't much friction and the filter holder comes loose very easily. Otherwise, a good, cinvenient machine.

I am enjoying the versatility of this coffeemaker. We use the auto-on feature for carafe brewing every day. The coffee is hot and is delicious! I have only used it for about three weeks and the loop to assist in removing the filter basket has broken off on one side.

This coffee pot leaks the water out of the single cup side and floods my counter. I have checked everything and have called the manufacturer to no avail. I bought this to replace my old coffee pot and I wish I would have kept it. At least I could use my old one. I’m hoping the company will replace this unit. If not, I may as well through the money in the garbage. I don’t recommend!!!

This is the second coffee maker I have had of the same model. It’s easy to use and especially easy to keep clean. Just use vinegar and water, no special cleaners to buy. I love that I can make a 12 cup carafe or use k-cups if we prefer. The glass coffee pot, lid and inside filter basket are all dishwasher safe. Best one on the market and a reasonable price.

We have had a Cuisinart coffee pot for years. The one we have still works perfectly, we just want to conserve counter space by switching to a single machine for carafe coffee and single serve. This machine is beautiful and easy to use. We like to set the auto brew and have our coffee ready to drink as soon as we get out of bed. We love this machine.

Overall this is a fabulous coffee machine. he only thing I would have liked would have been to allow my old single serving cup, which I filled with my own coffee and used in my old machine does not fit in this machine. Yes they have a separate reusable filter cup and a removable capsule holder. I just would have liked to have only the removable capsule holder and beable to insert my reusable filter cup into it.

I love Cuisnart coffee maker- it replaces 2 items on my counter. I had a coffee maker that seem to take long time to brew even after cleaning and a one cup tea maker. The start up instructions were unclear, but after (my daughter figured it out) it is simple to run and quick to fill. I love the single cup for both coffee and hot water for tea. Haven't use the carafe much but will for family gatherings. Cuisnart is a brand I trust for longevity and quality as I have a food processor and double sided waffle maker that are great also.
