They were very effective at keeping her dry and she is very vocal when she is uncomfortable and had zero complaints about these. She mentioned at one time that the sides were very soft and didn’t aggravate her skin. I ordered the small/medium and they fit her perfectly at 125 lbs. I’m so grateful that we were sent these to review and will absolutely be rebuying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet Underwear are comfortable and absorbent. But I would not recommend they stay on for 12 hours. While they tend to keep moisture away from the skin it’s not perfect. Especially in warm weather. Skin breakdown risk increases.

Their products are comfortable, for well and absorb exactly like they should. I had surgery last week and I actually purchased some of these prior and they really work well. Also would like to add they are breathable in all the right places.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my opinion, the Always Discreet Essentials underwear is comfortable to wear day and night. The waist elastic is resistant and can provide the right fit to different body shapes without being too tight or too loose. The padding provides protection and absorbs well, leaving the skin dry, without the bulkiness. I like there is a distinct stitches on the back, so it is easy to know which side is the front and back. This underwear has the same great quality as the other Always products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nobody is excited about going back into diapers after they’ve been in underwear since they’ve been potty trained not to mention the embarrassment of people knowing you’re wearing an incontinence pattern diaper all that being said at 45 years old and have given birth to six kids, no matter where I go or what I do The possibility of a leak when you sneeze or cough or laugh too hard is always there not to mention on long car rides even if you go before you walk out the door an hour or later you could have to pee which is happened to me in a cab. I remember asking the cab driver to literally pull over on the side of the road so I could pee I was trying so hard to hold it, but I just couldn’t Relief that always has brought me with this product is amazing. I can wear my dresses. You cannot tell that they’re not underwear. They’ll hold up to several cough sneezes and laugh throughout the day as well as keep you dry during an accident while trying to find a bathroom on the road I seriously cannot recommend this product enough, especially for us middle-aged women that would love to be in those sexy lace panties, but unfortunately, our bladder doesn’t allow that so this option has me so pleased. I can’t recommend this product highly

I'm a very heavy bleeder and would always stain myself. They last a long time and the sizing is perfect you can't even tell you have a diaper on

The material is comfortable and absorbent. The small/medium covers a very large range in size, 2-14 so if you are at either end of this range they might not fit the best.

It has an odor lock technology that neutralizes orders instantly. Might be bothersome for those with sensitive skin. Perfect for new mother. The fit is good for multiple sizes as they are stretchy. There is no bulk and they look like underwear. They work well for daytime or overnight protection.

At first, when you pull it out, the padding looks a little bulky. It is a little difficult to tell the front from the back as they both look the same. I’m pretty sure no matter which way you put it on, you would have the pad protection. The soft elastic sides, snug nicely to your body, giving out a very comfortable non-constructive fit. they were undetectable under my scrubs, but a little more visible under my yoga leggings. They were excellent in absorption. There was no wetness against my skin. I noticed a slight odor when taking them off, but not until I took them off. they pull up and down easily just like underwear. And they’re easy to take off whether you take them off through your legs or use the easy rip sides. These are very comfortable option for bladder leaks.
