As far as the absorbency... you may want to give it a moment to soak in because I tried changing it immediately after release and the urine spilled out on the floor. They are soft and comfortable. They were also pretty undetectable under clothing. They look like a "giant pull up".

And you don’t want people to know you have them on! I wear leggings with mine on and you cannot see them. I highly recommend if you’re in that situation where you need a little added protection you try these because a pad just wasn’t working for me.
