When I first saw them I thought they would feel and look bulky underneath my clothes but it didn't. It just felt like I had on a pad. They’re comfortable and not bulky at all. They fit ok. I think they should be a bit roomier but that’s ok. I felt like my skin was protected and could breathe with the material. Good to have on hand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wearing these Always Discreet Essential Underwear for a few weeks now and I am finding them to be a great asset when I am going out. I am 46 years old and have been experiencing leakage, which causes so many issues. I decided to we to try these because I wanted something that felt more like I was wearing underwear rather then a bulky pad. They feel natural. It absorbs just as it says and there are no odors. I like that it’s a soft and stretchy material and I like that they fit snug. They don’t roll down or slide off. I am 189 pounds and am able to fit in the S/M for size 2-14, but I do believe I would prefer the fit better by going up to a Large. I like that there is a chart on the box to tell size compared to weight. That’s very helpful. Something else that’s very helpful is there is a light pink stitching that tells me where the back is. I need that! I don’t wear these at night, just when I am planning long days away from home or when I have a lot of activity I’m doing and they are comfort’s keener and get the job done! I’m pretty happy with these.

I’m a size 18/20 so I was worried about how big they are going to be. They fit nicely and formed to my shape. Very stretchy. I wouldn’t wear tight jeans or pants. I would use a panty liner for tight wear. For an adult having to wear disposable underwear. These are discreet and will work. they absorb everything. Easy to remove and replace.

Started as a joke because well, I'm young enough to not need them, but turns out, these are so convenient for many reasons. I wear it to bed for nights when I have overactive bladder happening which causes some small amounts of pee to escape even after I've just emptied my bladder. Also, for that time off the month when you don't want to wear a pad or tampon especially if you have a heavier flow like me. I wear this to bed and feel confident I won't leak and won't feel wet and the need to replace my pad in the middle of the night. They fit great and are super comfy!!

The waist elastic is resistant and can provide the right fit to different body shapes without being too tight or too loose. The padding provides protection and absorbs well, leaving the skin dry, without the bulkiness. I like there is a distinct stitches on the back, so it is easy to know which side is the front and back. This underwear has the same great quality as the other Always products.
