I recently had a few procedures that required bed rest, and I was not able to get to the restroom as fast as usual. This particular size is meant for people of size, XL fits 200-300lbs or size 20-26W. They fit comfortably, and I was able to get them on and off easily, like a normal pair of underwear. I didn't have any major issues but they seem like they would be very absorbent, they held up to everything my convalescing took to.
