I loved my Ninja slushi but it just stop working on me. I went to use it and it wouldn't do anything. I got it for Christmas last year. I been trying to find my email to see when the warrant goes out on it but I couldn't find it. My cousin is still working but mine will not do anything. I have a few Ninja items so this is my first bad review on this company.

I've used the Ninja Slushi a few times now and while there is a bit of a learning curve, I will say I'm overall very impressed!!! We made frozen margaritas. The learning curve is knowing how much water versus alcohol to feed into the machine to make the correct consistency. Fortunately there's plenty of recipes and how to's online! One other thing I will say is that it is very easy to clean! When I buy one of these appliances I usually end up shelving them because it's too complicated to clean. This is a breeze with just a few simple pieces. Finally, it has a small footprint which is great because I have found a spot to nestle it into my kitchen! When something is put away you're less likely to use it so that's a plus. Overall, I would definitely recommend. The travel tote is perfect to take to parties. I can't wait to make other fun drink recipes!!

Love, love, love this machine. I have always wanted one. The beverage you want to slush must contain sugar otherwise it will slush. It's in the science of the machine. We tried with zero sugar beverages. You CANNOT slush a beverage with zero sugar. We tried and it doesn't work. Adding sugar to a zero soda, the result was more like a snow cone. If you want to slush a soda, use regular soda. For non-carbonated beverages, we started with a lemonade zero and added sugar. Adding sugar to a zero non-carbonated beverage produced a slushie. Next, we mixed in Mike's Hard Lemonade into the lemonade slushie and voila we had a mike's slushie. It is fun experimenting with beverages. I would definitely recommend this item to family and friends.

I bought the SLUSHI to replace my Margaritaville Slush drink machine. I like my SLUSHI a whole lot more than the Margaritaville because I don't have to deal with the ice and the texture is so much better with the SLUSHI. If you have been sitting on the fence, jump off that fence and bring home the SLUSHI, you wont regret it.

I don’t think this was worth the price and it was short of my expectations. Cons: - I am disappointed about the serving capacity. The capacity is exactly the same as my Ninja blender which is 64 oz. Depending on your desired serving sizes, you can only make the following; two slushies at 32 oz, four slushies at 16 oz., & eight slushies at 8 oz. I think the price would’ve been worth it if the capacity were doubled to 128 oz. - The machine has temperature issues. The preset settings temperatures for frappes and slushies are not correct or consistent. I have to lower the temperature to make sure it freezes properly. For example, every time I select slushy it doesn’t freeze unless I lower the temperature way lower than the preset default temperature. - Not a great machine for Frappuccinos. If you’re using milk in your Frappuccino recipe, then the machine will basically ruin the texture by making the drink frothy. I haven’t tried using a recipe with a powdered Frappuccino mixture yet so I can’t comment on it but it may work if you use it. Pro’s: - Other than the temperature setting issues, it works. It’s a little loud but it keeps the temperature cold and mixture ready to pour. - Design of function is simple and sleek. - Easy to clean however if you use milk in the recipe it’s harder to get clean so wash it immediately. In summary, I wish I did not buy this product because of the capacity of only 64 oz. If it were 128 oz capacity I think it would be worth it. I think just using my Ninja blender which has the same capacity of 64 oz would have sufficed for my needs.

This is my 4th one that I have bought. I love mine so much I decided to buy one for my niece, my eldest daughter, and my other daughter for Christmas. I'm a Ninja fan for sure. I gave it 4 stars because it's hard to clean the crevice. But I still love mine!

If I could give Z E R O stars I would! This machine is ABSOLUTELY a joke! We the people spend T O O much money on a non functional machine! I've only used this machine 3 times! It's loud & make a screeching sound! The liquor gets caught in the vessel which in turn, causes M O L D! I've tried everything possible to fix that! I.E Waterpik, Interdental Brush, Sink sprayer. N O T H I N G works! Then HORRIBLE Customer have the audacity to tell me to purchase another vessel? WHY? Only to go through the same thing? Besides it's ALWAYS out of stock! BEFORE Y'all SORRY engineers create ANOTHER money grabbing item, fix the issues with the previous product! Ninja corporation is a JOKE! I'm filing a claim with FDA cause MOLD IS A SAFETY ISSUE & Y'ALL DON'T WANT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! I'LL BE THE FIRST TO GET THIS STARTED!

Hubby purchased this for my birthday and once I set it up, I have been blending and slushy-ing every weekend! Love it so much. But there are some things that I would like to even improve upon or have better explained. Like, the alcohol to mixture ratio. There are some confusing instructions with that and the prefix instructions.

I originally purchased this almost a year ago and it worked great until about a month ago when motor started to make a burning smell. I returned that unit and received a new one. I have used the new one 2 times and it is not freezing my drinks when I try to make slushy drinks. It is still runny even when I adjust the temperature. I'm frustrated with this product. I've had two of them and problems with both.

Poor Quality – Stained After Just 3 Uses! Honestly, I'm very disappointed with the Ninja SLUSHi. I used it only three times, and now the container is permanently stained. No matter how much I wash or scrub it, the marks won't come off. It looks dirty and worn out after just a few uses — that's unacceptable for a product at this price. This is clearly poor-quality material. I expected something durable and easy to clean, not a product that looks ruined after minimal use. Total waste of money. I do not recommend it.
