Stitch cake tatsted great looked great daughter was so happy

Called the day of to let me know they were out of my requested decorations.

Saran wrap was left under the cake. We went to slice and serve and plastic was hanging out between the cake and cardboard. It was obvious that it was mistakenly left there bc it was just a partial piece.

Picked up the Stitch cake for party tomorrow. It has a crack that goes all the way through the middle of it. The writing on it is huge! I hope the decorations I plan to put on it can be strategically placed to make it look better and cover the crack where it is the worst. Will not order from here again.

Love the cake and the flavor was great and very fresh the bread.

The cake itself was very good but it could do with a little less frosting

I don't understand why I can't have anything written on the cake it's nothing inappropriate that I could understand
