cake was delicious, and in a good shape, the system would NOT allow me to type a message, kindly we asked the baker to write happy birthday and they refused not once twice to do it, which I considered its unacceptable due to the fact that I called previously and they won't be accept my message bc they claim I had to do it online. Sams company it's great but the baker staff its awful with the customer service, mind you I have been ordering cake for the last 15+ years at this location

This cake was awesome. I ordered it online and it was decorated perfectly for a summer birthday. Cake was super moist and all guests commented about how good it was.

the cake was moist and delicious! However, there was not an option to choose what kind of icing to use. My family only likes whipped so we scraped the icing off and just ate the cake. The cake itself was so much better than Walmart, but Walmart does give the option for whipped.

Sam's club cakes are some of the best looking cakes you can order for a kid's birthday party. However, the cake inside - both brown and white - were absolutely bland. It only had the texture of a cake, NO flavor, NO taste. We took some great looking photos and dumped the cake in the garbage the next day.

I would love to give this cake more stars but the happy birthday was written very low on the cake- making the cake looks super off.

Saran wrap was left under the cake. We went to slice and serve and plastic was hanging out between the cake and cardboard. It was obvious that it was mistakenly left there bc it was just a partial piece.

I'm super annoyed at Sam's Club right now. I had my fiancé pick up Madison's cake and I told him to make sure they had happy birthday written on it. Well they did and that's all he looked for so he didn't notice that it didn't have the Lilo and Stitch decoration included. And what is going on with that giant white boarder?! I contacted customer support and the AI bot told me to go to the counter for a refund. 🙄 The whole reason why she wanted it was because it was Stitch.

Apparently the image and he topper weren’t available. So Sam’s put a blue border around the cake and sold it to me as-is

Ordered this cake with whipped frosting and they gave us buttercream. Tried to contact them and no one ever reached back out to me. Very upsetting as my child does not like buttercream so she did not get to eat her cake.
