There were two differant salts to choose from so I ordered some of both. The Morton is like little beads verses a power and take maybe a little longer to dissolve but certainly not an issue. The best thing about the Morton brand is that the beads don't clod up....the bag is not full of bricks that you have to break apart like the other brand. The beads pour out easy.

Great price, and the best thing was that they delivered to my front door, which makes it very convenient when you are ordering 240 lbs of pool salt (6 bags x 40 lbs per bag). No delivery fee since it was over $35 order. They texted when they were leaving the store, when they dropped it off at my front door and with a picture as well. Super convenient and I highly recommend!

I had this shipped to my home and I understand the need to put it in a box. However, because of the weight, it was very difficult to move. If there were some way it could have had the handle on the bag itself sticking out of the box or the box had finger slots to carry, that would be great.

I figured this was the brand to use when setting up our new pool. However, this brand contained little rocks that settled to the bottom and had to be removed by hand to keep it from messing up the liner. There is another brand out there where the salt was ground fiber and contained no rocks.

There were many little rocks mixed in with the pool salt. Of course I didn't realize this until I had dumped 4 bags in my pool. I have bought Morton pool salt many times and never had this problem and of course, they are just heavy enough that the pool vacumn is not picking them up. I won't be purchasing this salt again.

Price was well below others for same weight.

It is my first time using salt water. I was surprised how easily it dissolved.
