It did take me a few sleeps to get used to this mattress, but MAN once I did, it was heaven. I was having the worst back pain with my old bed and found immediate relief with this. When I got this mattress I was surprised to see how well built and sturdy it was, and immediately noticed when I laid down on it how plush it felt. I’ve had this mattress for about a month now, and I can say with certainty I sleep better now than I have the last 10 years. I no longer wake up with aches and pains, I feel well rested, and actually look forward to laying down for bed at night. One thing that also really stuck out to me, was that it actually has a cooling sensation to it as well. As someone that likes to sleep cold, I had doubts about this feature. Tested and true though, I am OBSESSED with my bed!

I just started sleeping on this mattress and it has a horrible bubble in the middle. This is the cool calming queen mattress. It's a replacement for a different mattress from serta and it only lasted 6 months before the sides started caving in. I will never buy a serta mattress again.
